Entry Fee shall be paid by cheque or Postal Order, crossed and made payable to the North Wales Show. 2. The Society reserves the right to cancel any breed section or class in which there are insufficient entries. In the event the entry fee will be refunded. 3. All livestock intended for exhibition must be on the Show field by 9.00 am and must remain on the showfield until 4pm or prize monies will be forfeit 4. All sheep to be shown in accordance with their respective Flock Book Regulations. 5. All sheep entered will be subject to any DEFRA Regulations 6. The attention of exhibitors is drawn to the regulations for TAIL DOCKING which came into effect on January 1st Maedi Visna accredited Flock Scheme. Facilities exist to pen accredited sheep, but sheep from supervised flocks cannot be accepted. Any owner s declaration (MV2OB) to accompany accredited sheep to the Show. 8.
