3 A en s Tr t Fa m Allen's Trout Farm has a 10 acre parcel of land within an approved residential sub division, zoned DC119 in the County of Rocky View. The access to the property is off Glenmore Trail west and Lott Creek Boulevard. Allen's Trout Farm Inc. has been in business for 57 years and is one of the main suppliers of Rainbow Trout in Alberta. Allen's Trout Farm is a holder of one of the largest private water licenses in Alberta and is for sale at this time. In 2016 Alberta Environment found whirling disease in the Bow river basin and have quarantined all the fish farms adjacent to rivers. This put us out of business therefore we are exploring new venture to use on our property. The farm has only one access and is surrounded by Elbow Springs Golf Course and Sarcee Indian Reserve. The site has; acres of land ( Lot # Acres (Trout farm) ( Lot # Acres (House & Lake)) 2. 8 minutes from downtown Calgary (on the new Stony trail and Glenmore Tr. Exchange 3.
