3 Dear Golf Friends It is an honour to organize the 20th ESGA Masters Team Championship & Cup 70+, and the Super Masters Team 75+, in the period time of 23th to 28th of June Sweden has made a name for itself as a golfing nation. Golf in Sweden, which has more than 480 courses with members, is booming. Given Sweden s geography and topography, it is blessed with golfing landscapes; seaside links hewn from rugged coastline and others that carve through giant forests, as well as parkland courses. This time the organization decided to appoint a place and a course in the Southern part of Sweden: Båstad Golf Club 36 holes. The players and delegates will stay in high standard hotels in the city of Båstad, a town well known for its tennis and beaches. The Swedish Open in Tennis has been played for 70 years. 9 Important Information 6 Important Information A Registration To register for the tournament please fill in the necessary Forms on the website. B Team Registration Registration for the Masters Team Championship & Cup and the Super Masters at the Tournament Desks in the lobby at the hotels on June 23 rd from to C Tournament Office and Desks The Tournament Office at the Hotel Riviera Strand main lobby, and the Tournament Desks at all hotels will be in operation on all tournament days. D Official Notice Boards All information will be available on the Notice Boards at the hotels and at the golf club, and at the ESGA website. E Restaurants Restaurants will be in operation at the hotels and at the golf club. F Caddy Room Available for golf bags at the hotels and at the golf course free of charge. G Driving Range Practice balls are available at the Driving Range free of charge at the golf club, for both courses. H Pull Trolleys, Electric Trolleys and Buggies Pull Trolleys are available free of charge (Registration Form I). Electric Trolleys will be available; XX SEK (approx. XX ) per electric trolley (Registration Form I). Buggies are allowed for the Super Masters Team 75+ (max. 2 buggies per team); XX SEK (approx. XX ) per buggy (Registration Form I). I Transportation The Copenhagen Airport is recommended, and the Sturup Airport in Malmö as well Train service is recommended from the Copenhagen airport to and from Båstad. Shuttle buses from the hotels to and from the golf courses, and to and from the opening and closing ceremonies, will be operating during the entire competition free of charge. K Car Rental Most larger car rental firms are represented at Copenhagen and Sturup Airports. Parking is free of charge at the hotels and golf clubs.
