Request for +/ 462 multifamily rental units. Completed in MPB 7/19/2011 MPL Nephron Corporate Offices 5249 LB McLeod Rd ,200 MPB 8/16/2011 GMP Florida Retina Institute 91 W. Columbia St 722 6,899 NOT BUILT. This is the overall master plan for the Nephron site, and does not include the existing building nor the Nephron 115 highbay facility approved by MPB in August 2010 (and which is currently under construction). Phase 1 consists of 265,935 sqft of pharma labs, offices, and central energy plant. Phase 2 consists of a 60,000 sqft biotech facility, and Phase 3 consists of a 205,265 sqft expansion. Phase 1 by 2015, Phase 2 by 2020, and Phase 3 after 2020 for projection purposes. Nephron has since moved this facility from Florida. Can be removed from projections, with replacement by some other type of industrial project with less square footage. NOT BUILT. Request willl allow development of a +/ 6,899 sqft medical office building. Place in the time

Semoran Blvd 865 7,500 ZON Multiple parcels Copley Square E. Crystal Lake St., E. Michigan St., Lake Wade Ct. and S. Osceola Ave MPL DDR Retail Lee Vista 5901 Hazeltine National Dr ,372 MPB 9/20/2011 CUP Festival Village Senior Living Facility 5374 International Drive PARTIALLY BUILT. This approval provides a simple bubble master plan with six lots for commercial development. The sites include 4 restaurant sites, a convenience store site, and a hotel site. No specific square footages or hotel room numbers were specified. Each site will be required to undergo administrative master plan review. Two uses were contemplated in the immediate time frame, including a 5500 sqft Wawa convenience store and a +/ 2000 sqft Chic Fil A (both built). The remaining uses are contemplated in the LeeVista DRI development program and can be placed in later years. UNDER CONSTRUCTION. This approval provides for 66 townhome units (83 total within the PD 39 are already built). Place in the time NOT BUILT. Request for +/ 295,372 sq ft of retail use in multiple buildings (222,400 sqft retail, 25,600 sqft restaurant, and 47,372 sqft movie theater). replaces most of Current at LeeVista, with the exception of the Target store. The Target was removed from this master plan but it's approval needs to be accounted for in the projections (see MPL ; March 2008 MPB). The Target store is 185,334 sqft. Place in later years. NOT BUILT. consists of a 168 unit senior living facility to replace the previously approved 184 room hotel (see MPB ). While CUP has expired, applicant has contacted City to re approve Place in 2020 time frame. MPB 10/18/2011 MPL Broadstone Gateway Apartments 7200 N. Frontage Road NOT BUILT. 360 unit apartment complex place in 2020 time MPL Goldenrod Commerce Park Charter School 6112 S. Goldenrod Road ,000 91,200 88,600 MPB 12/20/2011 ZON Toscana Lake Villas 7502 Toscana Boulevard NOT BUILT. Amendment to previously approved Master Plan within the Orlando Corporate Center DRI called for a reduction in the amount of industrial from 369,000 to 281,600 and the creation of 4 retail outparcels totaling 13,600 sqft. New plan further reduces industrial, adds a charter school and increases retail sqft. No program as shown to left. As of 10/2011, no building permit activity has taken place nor has the site been subdivided. Place in 2015 and 2020 time periods. NOT BUILT. This project is an amendment to the Universal City PD to construct 32 single family homes, replacing a previously approved MP for 96 multifamily condos. Place in 2020 time MPB 1/17/2012 MPL Fun Spot Expansion 5551 Del Verde Way ,000 PARTIALLY BUILT. This represents an large scale expansion in terms of rides, but relatively small expansion in terms of building square footage. Will be done in two phases Phase 1 at 15,000 sqft, and Phase 2 at 30,000 square feet. Place first phase in time frame, and remainder in time frame for projections. ZON , 020, and 030 Hope Campus PD Amendment 1202 S John Young Parkway ,000 85,205 PARTIALLY BUILT. This is a major revision to the previously approved PD, to allow development of a 113,000 commercial/retail uses including a Walmart neighborhood store (approximately 42,000 sqft BUILT) and two outparcels, along with 85,205 sqft of existing and future Church related civic uses. There is also a single family home included on the church site (already in CLUDB and base data). Walmart has been completed, with remaining outparcels in See staff report for phasing of church improvements. NOT BUILT. Master Plan is a bubble master plan for 5 commercial lots (10 acres total), with no real program.. Site is zoned AC N. Each site will come back in for administrative master plan. At 10 acres, program would likely be in the 0.1 to 0.15 FAR range (original submittal included a 4,100 sqft bank and 28,100 sqft of retail, fast food and convenience store). Place in 2020 time frame. MPB 2/21/2012 MPL , 005, 006, 024 Boggy Creek/Narcoossee Commercial Center 14860, & Narcoossee Road 989 4,100 28,100
