10 SPECIAL REMARKS & STIPULATIONS 1. All classes are open to vendors and buyers regularly (on no less than six occasions annually) attending Market Drayton Livestock Market or utilising Barbers Deadweight Sales Services and will be awarded to stock, that in the opinion of the Judges, are most suitable to the trade. 2. No animal may compete in more than one class other than for Champion Beast. 3. The definition of smallholder for the purpose of Class Seven is a farmer of smallholder farming less than 70 acres. 4. Numbers will be allocated for entries in the beef section but the Champion and Reserve Champion will be first sold through the ring. 5. Prize winning stock must be bona fide sold through the ring or prize money will be withheld. 6. All stock for competition must be penned in the Market before 8.30am otherwise they will not be considered by the Judges. 7. In the event of any dispute, the Auctioneers decision will be final and binding on all parties.
