Through my years in 4-H, I have participated in various projects including, leather craft, market goat, market swine, muzzleloader, archery, welding and many others. From the long hours in the barn working on animals, to the steady hand needed for welding, I have learned more life skills than I can count. One of the most influential things about 4-H is my extension agents, peers, and adult leaders; they are what I like to call my 4-H family. As a 2017 State 4-H Ambassador, I hope I can be as influential to New Mexico State 4-H as my projects and family have been to me. July / August / September 2017 Leaderline NMSU 7
