Swimmers will also learn to paddle on front, back and side for 25 yards with an ID and 15 feet without. Prerequisites: To enter this level, swimmers should be able to front and back float 20 seconds with an ID. Swimmers should also paddle on their front, back and side for 10 yards with an ID, and 5 feet without. Level 3 Ray - In this class swimmers will learn to front and back float 30 seconds without an ID; front alternating paddle with rhythmic breathing 25 yards with an ID, and 20 feet without. Swimmers will also learn front symmetrical paddle with rhythmic breathing 25 yards with an ID, and 20 feet without; do a side alternating paddle for 25 yards with an ID and 20 feet without; back alternating paddle for 25 yards with an ID and 20 feet without; and back symmetrical paddle for 25 yards with an ID and 20 feet without. Your child will be exposed to one-onone teaching, art, music, science as well as participating in activities with classmates involving social and emotional growth and development. Our preschool program coincides with School District 95's calendar. e program will run September and is completed in ay. Gym Time & Climb - is is a great class for children to run around, learn new sports, as well as to get some time on the rock wall. Participants will play various activities in the gym for the first half, and then spend the 2nd half of class climbing the rock wall while learning the basic techniques. Children must wear gym shoes. Climb & Swim - is is a great class for children to participate in structured rock wall and pool activities. Kids get to climb the rock wall for 45 minutes and learn about all the basics of rock climbing. en they will spend 35 minutes in pool learning the basics of swimming. Children will wear bathing suits under their clothes during the rock climbing portion. un Zone - ant to get your kids out of the house and active? is class will focus on fun while also learning about the basics of several sports. Half of the class will concentrate on being fit and will consist of stretching and fitness activities. e other half of class will include activities such as soccer, basketball, kickball and more! Kinder Klimb - is is our rock climbing class for kids who are interested in participating in a new adventure. Children will learn the basics of climbing and climbing safety. All participants will wear a harness and helmet. e class will focus on bouldering, which is climbing the wall horizontally, and be introduced into climbing the wall vertically as they progress throughout the program. Li'l Tykes Basketball - Does your child love to hold or try and dribble a basketball? Do you want your child to learn the basics of this exciting sport? en Lil Tykes Basketball is just for your child! e will learn all the basics of pre-k basketball, including the fundamentals and the rules, as well as play some mini games and scrimmages to help improve on those skills.
