12 TRAVEL INFORMATION WITH ANY EVENT, THE BUILD UP OF TRAFFIC AROUND THE VENUE CAN BE QUITE HEAVY SO PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR TRAVEL. FACILITIES The Gatsby Club and The Wimbledon Experience is situated in the grounds of Wimbledon Lakeside Cricket Club. The entrance is opposite Gate 5 of The AELTC, located on Church Road, Wimbledon, South West London SW19 5AG The Centre Court Skyview Suites are situated within the Centre Court of The AELTC, the entrance is through Gate 5 on Church Road. Car parking is very limited on the day of the event. If you have requested a car parking pass in the post, follow the information provided to direct you to the appropriate car park. Due to ongoing improvements to No.1 Court during this year s Tournament, there will be minimal or no cover on court seats. Please come prepared for hot, cold or wet weather. UNDERGROUND The nearest underground station is Southfields on the District Line. For various connections please consult a London underground map. The Gatsby Club shuttle bus is available from Southfields Underground Station. For those who would like to walk to The Gatsby Club, allow approximately 15 minutes. CAR PARKING Car parking is very limited on the day of the event. If you have requested a car parking pass in the post, follow the information provided to direct you to the appropriate car park. TRAIN There is a frequent service between Waterloo and Wimbledon during The Championships. Travel time between is approximately 12 minutes. TAXIS The nearest taxi ranks are located outside the main gate of The AELTC, Southfields Underground Station and Wimbledon mainline station. SHUTTLE BUS The Gatsby Club shuttle bus is available from Southfields Underground Station. For those who would like to walk to The Gatsby Club, allow approximatly 15 minutes. 11

13 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (THE GATSBY CLUB) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTATION? Once payment has been received in full you will be able to download your e-vent documentation. This will be your ticket to gain access to the relevant hospitality facility. Details of how to download this documentation will be sent to you via . HOW FAR IS THE GATSBY CLUB FROM THE GROUND? The Gatsby Club is less than a two minute stroll from the ground. There is a shuttle buggy located outside The Gatsby Club should anyone feel they need a lift. DO YOU SEND COURT TICKETS OUT IN THE POST? No, we give all court tickets out on the day during lunch. As you will appreciate, these are valuable items that cannot be replaced, so we keep them safe for you until you need them. IF I COME BY LONDON UNDERGROUND, HOW DO I GET TO THE GATSBY CLUB? There is a shuttle bus that runs between The Gatsby Club and Southfields Underground Station. We run a constant shuttle service in the morning and afternoon but heavy traffic at peak times can slow the service down. CAN I LEAVE MY SUITCASE/LUGGAGE IN THE GATSBY CLUB? CAN YOU ENSURE THAT ALL OF MY DEBENTURE SEATS WILL BE TOGETHER? By all means, we have a fully staffed cloakroom throughout the day. Please note the cloakroom will close at 7pm. WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO MEET MY GUESTS? The best place to meet your guests is at your designated table. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to this location whenever they arrive. DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE THE EVENT? Prior to your attendance you will need to assign e-vent documentation to each attending guest. Detailed instructions of how to do this will be ed to yourself. Please note, for security reasons all guests names must be added before the event, otherwise it could result guests being refused entry. Debenture tickets are sold in pairs, but we will try our utmost to seat you next to, or near to each other. As an official supplier, our ticket provision from The AELTC is very good. Seats are allocated to clients a few days prior to the date you are due to attend. WHO SHOULD I INFORM IF MY GUESTS HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS? Guest s dietary requirements can be added via My Account. You can access my account here: Any severe intolerances or halal and kosher requests need to be made one week before your arrival. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but requests made less than 48 hours before attendance cannot be guaranteed. WHO WILL I SEE PLAYING? CAN I WATCH MATCHES ON CENTRE COURT AND NO.1 COURT? Unfortunately not. Packages are purchased for specific courts at the time of booking. That said, if you wish to purchase Centre Court tickets for half of your party and the other half for No.1 Court, you will be covered! The order of play is not known until the evening before and is produced by The AELTC Referee. Log on to for the latest schedule of play. Alternatively, you can download the Wimbledon app for all the latest news. ARE THERE BAG RESTRICTIONS? WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE? We request clients dress on the smarter side of casual i.e. no jeans or trainers. Jackets and ties are not obligatory. Please note there are restrictions on bag sizes (not exceeding 40cm x 30com x 30cm or 16 x 12 x 12 ) and hard-sided items plus prohibited items (below). The speed of entry to the grounds is decreased dramatically when multi-pocketed bags/backpacks are presented. 12
