5 Tournament Guidelines BOOKING GUIDELINES Customized tournament packages are available to suit your specific requirements. A non-refundable deposit of $ and a signed contract are required to confirm a booking. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit and contract are received. A guaranteed number of guests are required five (5) business days prior to the tournament. If no guarantee is received, billing will be done based on the expected attendance. All tournament competitions, scoring and golf requirements must be finalized seven (7) days prior to the tournament. The completed list of all tournament players including first and last names and female players is required within 72 hours of the tournament. SHOTGUN TOURNAMENTS All shotgun starts will be scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. Course buyouts for earlier and alternative start times are available. Please inquire. Players must be ready to proceed to their designated tee 30 minutes before the start of the tournament. ON COURSE SIGNAGE & SET UP Quilchena Golf and Country Club (QGCC) will provide and setup a maximum of 8 on course competitions markers (KP, LD & SD). Hole sponsorship signs and banners must be delivered at least 48 hours prior to the tournament. All hole sponsorship signs must be free standing. QGCC may at its sole discretion, refuse to place any sign which it deems not compliant with its standards. It is the responsibility of the tournament organizer to insure all personal items are removed from the golf course at the completion of play. QGCC is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items left behind. All tournament signage left at the club for more than a week following the tournament will be discarded. Hole-in-One vehicle(s) must be delivered a minimum of 5 hours prior to tee-off. Correct hole-in-one yardage as per insurance requirements is required at least 48 hours prior to the tournament. INCLEMENT WEATHER All tournaments will play as scheduled, regardless of weather, unless the course superintendent of QGCC in his sole determination closed the golf course due to unplayable or hazardous conditions.

6 Club Policies GENERAL RULES The tournament host is responsible for communicating the rules and regulations of QGCC to all tournament players, guests and volunteers in advance of the tournament. The dress code of QGCC will be strictly enforced. Metal spikes are not allowed on the golf course. Soft spikes only. Each player must have their own set of golf clubs. Rental clubs must be arranged at least 14 days in advance. The tournament host is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all tournament players, guests and volunteers. The tournament host shall assume full and complete responsibility for any and all damages to QGCC property and rental carts as a result of actions or conduct of all tournament players, guests and volunteers. Club staff will enforce all rules and reserve the right to right to deny any player, guest or volunteer entry onto the course and/or clubhouse for not adhering to the club rules. DRESS CODE GOLF COURSE ATTIRE Men: shirts with a collar and must be tucked in, golf slacks or shorts. Hats, caps and visors are not to be worn backwards. Not Allowed: jeans or any form of denim, tennis shorts, sweat pants, hoodies, rugby pants, cut-offs, cargo pants or shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, shirts with slogans, numbers or illustrations, headgear with logos (except golf related insignia). Women: Full length slacks, capri pants, golf skirts or shorts. Shirts with collars, round neck shirts with sleeves and collared shirts that are sleeveless. Shirts tailored to be worn outside need not be tucked in. Not Allowed: t-shirts, see-through shirts, tank tops, halter tops, cut-offs, jeans or any form of denim, cargo pants, short shorts, leggings or spandex suits. CLUBHOUSE ATTIRE Smart casual dress and or appropriate sports attire Footwear must be worn at all times All headwear must be removed on the upper level of the clubhouse. Shirts must be tucked in at all times, unless tailored for outside wear. WIRELESS DEVICES Wireless devices are not to be used in the lounges or dining areas of the clubhouse and must be placed in silent mode when on the golf course.

In accordance with the Health and Liquor Board regulations, all food and beverage in the clubhouse must be supplied by QGCC. Any food or beverage served on the course is at the discretion of QGCC. Due to health regulations, food not consumed on site may not be removed from the premises. Outside food and beverages (donations or other) require prior approval from QGCC. Special event license's may be required when serving food and beverages on the golf course. Please inquire.
