They open weekend action with No. 13/18 UCLA (4-2-1) on Friday, Sept. 23, at 5 p.m. and return to Seattle after a Sunday, Sept. 25, match at Cal State Northridge (2-3-1). First kick is slated for 11 a.m. Last Time Out: The Redhawks took the then-no. 23 Huskies of UW to a 0-0 overtime draw on Sept. 11. The tie extended SU s unbeaten streak to three; however on Sept. 14, Gonzaga handed Seattle U a 3-0 loss to conclude their two-game home stand. In his first four seasons, he has led the Redhawks to a overall record and a.561 winning percentage. Over the past two seasons, Agoos has helped anchor the men s soccer program s transition back to full NCAA Division I status. The squad steadily improved over the last two seasons as members of the MPSF and are eligible to vie for the conference s automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament. Prior to transitioning into DI, Agoos helped guide the team to back-to-back GNAC titles and two straight NCAA Division II tournament appearances, including their second Far West Region title over the past three seasons. During his tenure, he has coached a DII First Team All-America selection, a GNAC Player of the Year, GNAC Academic All-Americans, a CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Third Team All-American recipient, a CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine All-District VIII First Team selection, a pair of All-MPSF honorees and nine MPSF all-academic selections. utes in SU s 0-0 draw versus the then-no. 23 Huskies. Scouting No. 13/18 UCLA: The No. 13/18 UCLA Bruins (4-2-1) host the Redhawks riding a four-game win streak. Scouting Cal State Northridge: Cal State Northridge returns home after playing their last three games on the road. The Matadors are on the season and have not seen action since Sept. 15, when they took Cal State Bakersfield to a 2-2 draw. Defensively, two different goalkeepers have seen action, with Michael Abalos managing the majority of CSUN s minutes between the pipes. He has a 1.66 goals against average and 26 saves in five games played. Leading the Matador offense are Yarden Azulay and Edwin Rivas, who both have a pair of goals on the year.
