3 Roberts Rovers Day Trips JUNE, JULY, AUGUST 2011 June 2, Thur. 10am - 3pm $25 Van/Lunch Pay by May 19 International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Tampa This is Tampa s Little Secret!! We will enjoy a tour of the Culinary School and a scrumptious four-course luncheon, especially prepared by the students for us. We will have the opportunity to step to the kitchen windows and watch the chefs overseeing the students while they prepare our meal. The school is a subsidiary of the original school in Miami and there are now 70 schools around the country. June 10, Fri. 10am - 3:30pm $15 Van/Entry Pay by May 27 Winter at the Clearwater Aquarium Come and see what all the fuss is about!! A major motion picture has been made of Winter s story. Winter was rescued in December 2005 and had lost her tail. She has been an inspiration to many with her prosthetic tail. The aquarium has other interesting species of sea life and a new baby dolphin. Lunch after the tour at the historic and fabulous Heilmann s Beachcomber on Clearwater Beach. June 16, Thur. 9:30am - 3pm $15 Pay by Jun 2 Tampa Bay History Center At this still brand-new and sparkling center, we can experience Tampa Bay s fascinating history from migrant tribes 1,500 years ago through the captains of industry to modern cowboys.
