1 FEEL THE PRIDE Volume 2 No SWIMMING GALA The A Team participated in the prestigious Alan Burt 10 Schools Gala last week. They wore purple Speedos to promote an awareness of cancer, particularly prostate and testicular cancer. Well done boys! ASSEMBLY The boys were treated to an inspirational message at Assembly yesterday from Old Boy, Lawrence Brittain (2008) who was an Olympic Silver medallist at the Rio Games in Lawrence Brittain (2008), Claudio Pardal (Rowing Captain), Ronald Tselane (Head Boy) and Kevin Stippel (1998) after an inspiring talk by Lawrence at Assembly. BOARDING HOUSE The Boarding House continues to develop each week. Updated photos will be included in next week s Newsletter. However, with the nature of cricket, one could never be sure of exact finishing times. Transport will be provided and boys will need to be at school at 6:00hrs to catch the bus. FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM MUST BE WORN WHEN TRAVELLING. Players are required to be at their venues by 8:00hrs to start warm-ups. A bus will be provided for boys who finish at 13:00hrs and a later bus for those finishing at 17:00hrs.
