2 Dear Friends In the name of the Hellenic Federation of Underwater Activities and Sport Fishing I am very happy to invite the National Team and two Clubs of your Country to take part at the 12 th European Float Angling Championship to be held from 06/10/2018 to 10/11/2018 in the beautifull and cosmopolitan Heraklion of Crete. 2 Over the last few years, it has been a great effort not only to develop the Float Angling, but also Sport Fishing as a whole, which, on the occasion of this event, is slowly coming to fruition thanks to the overcrowding of all the members of our technical commision, and as Hellenic Federation of Underwater Activities and Sport Fising we thank them for it. In name of Hellenic Federation of Underwater Activities and Sport Fishing and, in my personal name, we wish everyone visiting us an excellent stay and that this Championship will achieve your goals, in an environment of piece, friendship and, above all, fair play. 5 Organizational system of the European Championship One or two clubs and the national team will have the chance to represent their country in the 12th Sea Float Angling European Championship. The championship will be disputed simultaneously (clubs and national teams). This championship will be held in the location indicated previously of obligatory stay abd the weighing will be done in the same place. Inscriptions The inscriptions should be made directly to: Euridamantos 40, Athens, Postal Code : / Tel : / info@eoyda.gr The inscription in charge of our Federation, will include: accommodation, alimentation and baits. Classification will be accordingly with FIPS-M regulations. 5 Fisherman behaviour It is obligatory the use of Keep Net to maintain the fishes alive and return the alive after the weighing. The anglers can only fish with one rod but they can have some others already prepared in reserve. Only one (1) hook is authorized during the fishing. Only the baits and ground-baits given by the organization are authorized. All the omissions will be solved according to FIPS-M rules The rules can be downloaded from FIPS-M webpage :
