2 Show Rules for July 31, 2009 The Open breeding show will be sanctioned by International Boer Goat Association(IBGA) and their rules shall govern. In case of discrepancy or for rules not adequately covered, the show committee s decision and/or judge decision is final. Original registration certificates are required, though a copy of a Registration Application, stamped with the date received by one of the listed associations, can be accepted for kids less than 3 months of age. All animals must be in place, and registration papers checked in with the show secretary, by 4:30 p.m. the day of the show. No alcoholic beverages and No smoking allowed in the barns and show arena. No visible signs of abscesses or other contagious diseases (pinkeye, sore mouth, ringworm, ect.)will be allowed. ALL ANIMALS MUST BE HEALTHY. All goats are required to have licensed veterinarian signed general health papers. To enter the state of Indiana, out of state goats must follow Indiana s Health guidelines. Any unhealthy or questionable animals checked by the veterinarian will be at the owner s expense. Any animal of questionable health may be excused. Harrison County Fair will not be held responsible for loss or damages or accidents. Any person or family not acting in an honorable manner will be required to leave immediately and will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the show.
