Defending champion Andrey Rublev returns from injury at the Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag. 2) Back to the Breakthrough: Rublev lost to Attila Balazs in qualifying at 2017 Umag before replacing Borna Coric and becoming the first lucky loser in eight years to win an ATP World Tour title.
