Yoga helps athletes, men who have stiff muscles and men with sore backs, says coastside yoga instructor Malinda Thompson. In most of her classes, at least half the students are men. Malinda, who was certified in advanced yoga therapy at Loyola Marymount University, will talk about yoga and its value to sailors and kayakers at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25. Her talk will be followed by an Indian-themed meal at 7 If you re interested in joining us for dinner, RSVP to Larry Miller at lgmiller@usgs.gov so we ll know how much to cook. Details on dinner TK.
