Participation is encouraged!! Show your love of Monty Python by acting along with the characters. Sing along with the Knights of Camelot, hiss at the French Soldier and more. Dress in costume and bring along props to participate with other fans of this classic film! 9 BAY TIDES PRESENTATION AT THE BAY MODEL Kame Richards is giving his popular "How the Tides Work for You" presentation at the Bay Model in Sausalito on February 19 and 23.

Cruisers, racers, kayakers, sail boarders, and all water lovers can learn the nuances of tidal flow in San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate.

Description: Racers, cruisers, and recreational boaters will see and learn how the waters move on San Francisco Bay.

10 It s A Sailor s Life for Me!! 3 Bridge Fiasco Annual Three Bridge Fiasco was held in the San Francisco Bay this past Saturday.

You can go under the bridges in any sequence you like. It becomes really important to take into account wind direction, tide and currents when planning your route!

10 10 It s A Sailor s Life for Me!! 3 Bridge Fiasco Annual Three Bridge Fiasco was held in the San Francisco Bay this past Saturday. The course is outlined below, but the rules are a little different to any other Bay Race! 1. You can start is either direction 2. You can go under the bridges in any sequence you like. It becomes really important to take into account wind direction, tide and currents when planning your route! Representing Half Moon Bay Yacht Club was Dave Morris in his new Corsair F27 and Spencer Nasaar in his Hunter 41. Despite over stressing the bow sprit pole and tearing it off the boat, along with the forestay attach fitting with the spinnaker up in 17.5 knots of wind, Dave managed to jury rig a rope from the bow rig to the forestay and finish the race 2nd in the Single Handed Multihhull division. - only 2minutes behind the winner who has been sailing multihulls for years! Congrats also go to Spencer who sailed with his daughter, finishing 17th in the Double Handed Spinnaker category. Go Half Moon Bay!!!
