To be judged on general cleanliness, safety of turnout, correct fitting of harness and vehicle suitability. 12 RULES 1. All riders must be a suitable age and size for the horse or pony they ride. 2. All riders must comply with current safety regulations and dress code. 3. The Judge s decision is final. 4. Horses and ponies entered at the owner s/rider s risk and neither the organisers nor Landowners accept any liability of any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses/ponies, owners, riders, grooms, spectators or vehicles whether caused by their negligence in any way whatsoever. 5. The Society reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is not complying with the rules. 6. All prize money winners shall take part in the Grand Parade, the prizes of any Competitor not complying with this condition shall be forfeited. 7. The Committee reserves the right to accept late entries on the day at the increased rate of 12 per class. 8. The Horse Secretary reserves the right to promptly alter any Ring/Class without stating a reason. All Exhibitors who pre-entered by 25 July 2015 will receive appropriate Show Ground passes for the day: 1 Horse Horse Exhibitor ticket admits 2 2 plus horses Horse Exhibitor ticket admits 3 An Exhibitor who has not pre entered will only be allowed to admit 2 without charge to the Show Ground. All other passengers will be asked to pay the Show Day entrance fee. There will be no exceptions made. Occupants of any vehicle not carrying/pulling a horse and competing will be asked to pay the full Show admission costs and 5 parking (note FREE PUBLIC CAR PARK IS AVAILABLE). 14 AFFILIATIONS COLOURED HORSE AND PONY SOCIETY This show is affiliated to The Coloured Horse & Pony Society (UK). Both owner and the rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse or pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to compete, but in order to qualify they must both be Showing Members and the horse/pony must be registered with the Society BEFORE this show for the qualification to be valid. Membership cards and qualification cards must be produced in the ring; the latter being signed by the Judges in 2 places. The CHAPS (UK) Summer Championship Show will be held in August 2016 at Arena UK, Grantham, Lincolnshire. Classes are CHAPS (UK) qualifiers. For full rulings and information on competition/qualification please refer to the CHAPS (UK) Member s Handbook or visit All Stallions entering these classes must be graded with CHAPS (UK). Stallion ID discs must be worn in the ring. Foals born within the current year are not eligible to compete in qualifying classes. BRITISH SHOW PONY SOCIETY This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Summer Championships to be held on August The Show is a qualifier for the BSPS Premier League, BSPS Black Country Saddles Best Rider. This Show is affiliated to the British Show Pony Society and all persons entering, competing, showing or otherwise taking part in BSPS classes whether or not members of the BSPS, are subject to the Constitution and Rules of the BSPS including disciplinary procedure and shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the BSPS. Any pony taking part in classes judged under BSPS rules will be liable to dope testing. The 1 st and 2 nd prize winners in Classes will qualify for the BSPS Summer Championships to be held on August 2015 provided the pony is registered and owned in accordance with Rule 23 and ridden by a member of BSPS. This show is also a qualifier for the The BSPS Classic Security (UK) Ltd Challenge and ponies qualify as follows: Open Working Hunter Ponies. The highest placed pony that has not qualified for the 2015 Horse of the Year Show in the appropriate class will qualify. If the highest placed pony has already qualified for the BSPS Challenge, the qualification will be awarded to the next eligible pony. If after qualifying for the BSPS Challenge, a pony qualifies for the Horse of the Year Show, it will forfeit it s qualification for the BSPS Challenge. Animals may qualify for both the BSPS Blue Riband of the Year and the BSPS Challenge but must select which competition they compete in at the BSPS Championship Show. They may NOT compete in the same class in the BSPS Challenge and The Blue Riband of the Year.

15 SHETLAND SPSB SPSB Rosettes will be awarded to the Champion Miniature Shetland Pony. A SPSB Rosette will be awarded to the best Foal in Classes 28 and 33 and also Classes 30 and 35, Best Coloured Shetland. SPSB Rosettes will be awarded to the Overall Champion and Reserve. SSAD LTD The 1 st to 6 th in Classes will receive a coloured Qualification Card, if a Competitor has already qualified then the card MUST be handed down the line. The same Rider/Handler/Pony/Horse combination must stay the same from first/second round Qualifiers and Grand Final. The Olympia Anthony Evans SSADL First Round Qualifiers are open to both Affiliated and Unaffiliated Riders and Handlers of the Senior Showing & Dressage Ltd. SSAD Ltd rulebook can be found at Competitors only need one qualification card for in hand classes and one qualification card for ridden classes. If already qualified, this card must be handed down the line. Next stage second round qualifiers Competitors can only compete in the Olympia Anthony Evans SSADL Second Round Qualifiers if they are a 2015 Affiliated Rider/Handler and the animal is registered with SSAD Ltd and hold the 2015 member/registration card. Once Competitors have qualified at a First Round Qualifier and they have received an Acceptance card, only then may they compete in the Olympia Anthony Evans Second Round Qualifier. The Second Round Champions will go on to compete at the Olympia Anthony Evans SSADL Supreme Final at the London International Horse show in December 2015.
