Hereby the general principles f the C-Rads Platfrm are agreed as fllws, which reflect EC s expectatins cmpletely: The main gal is t link C-ITS pilt deplyment prjects in EU Member States, T develp, share and publish cmmn technical specificatins (including the cmmn cmmunicatin prfiles), T verify interperability thrugh crss-site testing, and t develp system tests based n the cmmn cmmunicatin prfiles by fcusing n hybrid cmmunicatin mix, which is a cmbinatin f ETSI ITS-G5 and peratinal cellular netwrks. TF2 descriptins are (almst) technlgy agnstic, functinal descriptins TF2 wrks with aligned with TF3, this means that there must be functinal and technical specificatins available fr a use case t start the harmnisatin prcess.
