9 10. TEAM REGISTRATION AND ACCREDITATION Tournament packages will be available when teams arrive to the Acadia Athletics Complex for their official practice sessions on October 31st. Others can be picked up at event venue on game days. Each team will receive 30 accreditation passes 5 VIP passes. Any additional accreditation passes must be requested in advance of the championship at a charge of $10 per request. Please forward your requests to Nicole Weisner (nicole.weisner@acadiau.ca) Accreditation passes will also be provided to non-participating head coaches, Athletic Directors and University Presidents at game site (Acadia Box Office). Emergency First Aid services and supplies will be available at the competition venue, but teams should arrive prepared with their own tape etc. If needed, supplies could be purchased through the Host Athletic Therapist on a charge-back basis UNIFORM LAUNDRY: Laundry services will be made available to participating teams, free of charge for game apparel only. Please come well prepared with a marked laundry bag. Laundry will be completed post-game and will be made available on venue ahead of your next match. Laundry Process: Team hosts will collect your laundry bag post-game and deliver it to the tournament equipment manager. Once laundered, the team host will collect the laundry bag and have it available in your team room prior to your next match.

In addition to the dressing rooms provided to teams, there will be team meeting spaces available at the hotel and venue of competition.
