1 DECEMBER 2018 PERFORMING CHORUS REHEARSAL and CONCERT SCHEDULE Nov. 29, Thurs. 7:00pm 9:00pm REHEARSAL for 32 SINGERS (youngest 32, NAMES LISTED AT THE END OF THIS SCHEDULE, no basses) to learn the Waltz of the Snowflakes from the Nutcracker. These 32 singers will be divided into two teams of 16 singers each to perform this piece as a part of the Cleveland Ballet performances of The Nutcracker to be held at the Hanna Theatre on Dec Angels must be available for a rehearsal on Dec. 11 th at the Hanna, and then for at least three of the 7 performances to be held from Dec Angels have been divided into Team Silver and Team Gold see the end of this schedule for singers names! No costumes. We are thrilled to be a part of this annual Cleveland tradition! WEDDING for 24 SINGERS (to be called by section callers) at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 1355 West 70 th St., Cleveland, OH DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: The church is at the corner of West 70 th St. and Detroit Rd. Singing Angels uniform sweatshirt, layered underneath with any warm shirt or turtleneck, black uniform bottoms (girls may wear black leggings under their skirts). CONCERT for 30 SINGERS (to be called by section callers) to sing prior to Great Lakes Theatre Festival s A Christmas Carol at the Ohio Theatre, Playhouse Square.. DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: The most convenient parking is in the Playhouse Square parking garage located at E. 15 th and Chester. The garage has elevators on each level. There is a well-marked pathway to the theatre. CALL TIME: 1:45pm PERFORMANCE TIME: 2:40pm ALL ANGELS ATTENDING WILL RECEIVE A FREE TICKET TO ATTEND THE PERFORMANCE OF A CHRISTMAS CAROL. In about 2 ½ miles, Merge onto I-480 W toward Toledo. Take the State Rd. / OH-94 exit- EXIT 16. Turn right onto State Rd. for about ½ mile to the school. CONCERT for ALL PERFORMING CHORUS WHO WISH TO ATTEND at Rainbow Babies and Children s Hospital, 2101 Adelbert Rd., Cleveland, OH DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS: The address given is for the parking garage on Adelbert Road which is attached to the hospital. Here is a message from our contact person at the Hospital: The parents and their children should arrive and park in the Adelbert Garage that is connected to Rainbow, I will provide parking passes to be used when exiting the garage when you are leaving. If you are coming down Adelbert Road from Euclid Avenue, the garage is on the left hand side of the road, on the same side as Rainbow. You will pass the Rainbow entrance and the garage is the very next driveway. Please take the elevator in the garage down to the LL- follow the green path in the carpet all the way to the Atrium. Seating is extremely limited. NOTE: This performance will be broadcast into the hospital rooms of the patients who are unable to attend. We are very pleased to be doing this show a real opportunity to give back to the community!! MIDTERM EVALUATIONS for ALL Performing Chorus members (INCLUDING APPRENTICES) will take place on SUNDAY, JAN. 13, 2019, beginning at 12:00pm. Individual times to be announced. THE DEADLINE FOR NOTIFYING CHARLES EVERSOLE of special time requests or carpool arrangements is SUNDAY, DECEMBER 9, Due to the complicated task of assigning balanced groups, no requests will be able to be honored after that date. NOTE TO 2019 grads: All 2019 graduates must evaluate to be included in any performances after the Spring Benefit Concert. ALL HOLIDAY MUSIC IS TO BE TURNED IN AT YOUR EVALUATION.
