2 IMPORTANT INFORMATION Exhibitors please note that entry to the Showfield will be strictly controlled EVERYONE In whatever capacity on entering the showfield MUST Present a Members Badge Present a Pass from the Secretary Be Livestock exhibitors Pay the appropriate Admission Fee Livestock Exhibitors Must be on the Showfield by 0830 Please state how many pens you would prefer for your stock and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Livestock Entry Fees Entry fees are per individual class entry and are set at 2.50 per animal where the class shows an individual animal, or, 2.50 per group where the class shows a group entry. The appropriate fees must be sent to the Secretary with your entry. Entries with no fee, or the incorrect fee, enclosed will not be accepted until the correct fee is received. Any Animal entered into the show with unpaid fees will forfeit any prizes won at the show.
