3 General Information ARRIVAL All Sheep must arrive in the market before 9.00am on the sale day. Sheep may arrive on Wednesday afternoon, 20th October by arrangement with Clive Roads (Tel: ) or Brecon Market ( ) CONDITIONS OF SALE All sheep will be sold subject to the Conditions of Sale of the British Charollais Sheep Society and to the Auctiioneer s General Conditions of Sale, which are available in the Auctioneers office. The Sale will commence at 11.00am All sheep will be sold in guineas (105 pence) and strictly in catalogue order. All sheep to be sold singly. LICENSES Vendors are responsible for completing their standard movement Documents prior to the sale. The Market Holding Number is HEALTH The sheep are from Maedi Visna Accredited flocks registered with the SAC Sheep & Goat Health Scheme. All vendors must ensure that a fully completed MV certificate accompanies their sheep to the sale. INSPECTION All sheep will have been subject to inspection by an official Society Inspector and faults found will be declared by the Auctioneers at the time of sale. All sheep must have been paint branded with their lot number prior to inspection. PEDIGREE CERTIFICATES & NSP CERTIFICATE Pedigree Certificates will be available at the Auction Mart Office on the day of the sale, together with Scrapie Genotype Certificates (where applicable). All sheep in the sale are Full Pedigree Registered. BIO-SECURITY Current DEFRA regulations are to be observed. PURCHASERS Would prospective purchasers please have their CPH Number ready to supply to the auctioneer at the time of payment. No movement license will be issued without this information.
