The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held at the conclusion of the Council Meeting. Please note that affiliated Clubs are required to be represented at the AGM or, under PDNA By-Law 35.1, a fine will be imposed. A maximum of two nominated delegates may attend for each Club, and additional members may attend as observers without voting rights. Voting for Office Bearers of the Association for 2016 will take place at the AGM. Attached are the nominations for Office Bearers, together with a summary of their qualifications. Penrith Service Award Sub-Committee and a Returning Officer will also be elected at the AGM. Secretary
