Durabe and versatie The M 52 and M 64 are in a cass of their own when it comes to versatiity, as they can be precisey taiored to meet the needs of the reevant appication. Options incude air treatment components, a three-phase synchronous generator, a choice of a fuy gavanised chassis with overrun brake and a fixed or height adjustabe tow bar, or stationary versions either instaed on skids or machine mountings. 3 MOBILAIR M52/M64 Portabe Versatiity User-friendy operation The user-friendy contro and instrument pane which can be equipped with a cover fap if required enabes a information to be viewed at a gance. Features aso incude automatic monitoring and shutdown. The combination of the pre-heat function start switch and the abiity to switch over manuay from iding to fu oad operation ensures a reiabe, gente start when operating the unit in cod ambient conditions. Coo, cean compressed air The compressed air is cooed to C above ambient temperature. Accumuated condensate is abe to drain away easiy, as the compressed air cooer is instaed at an ange, whist the hot exhaust gasses from the motor are aso used to aid condensate evaporation. This design consequenty ensures reiabe frost prevention during the winter months. Additiona air treatment components need to be instaed downstream from the after-cooer and centrifuga (e.g. fiter combinations for concrete ceaning as per ZTV-SIB) in order to achieve compressed air of a specified quaity cass (see next page). Hose ree Large capacity, transparent fue tank When fuy fied, the tank carries sufficient fue for an entire work shift without the need for refueing. Diese ine deaeration is made simpe via the fue feed pump (Start switch). The pre-instaed hose ree hods 20 m of ightweight hose which does not have to be fuy reeed out for operation. As the hose is instaed within the compressor unit, this not ony enhances hose service ife and avaiabiity, but aso protects it from damage (spitting, stretching, being run over) and contamination. Generator The M 52 s 3-phase generator (IP54) deivers impressive power of, whist the M 64 is avaiabe with either an or 13 kva generator. These brushess generators are maintenance-free and, depending on energy requirement, can be switched from continuous operation to energy-saving automatic start mode. Generator version The switch pane which can be equipped with a cover fap if required features spash-protected sockets in accordance with IP 44 and a ockabe main switch. The safety cut-out system with insuation monitoring makes earthing superfuous.
