Before riding: a. PCAV club member cards must be inspected at the secretary s office. 2. No refunds after closing date except with vet or medical certificate. An admin fee of $10 will be deducted. 3. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules. 4. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class; alter times; refuse any entry with or without stating the reason. 5. All riders must wear complying helmets. Spot checks to ensure compliance may occur. 6. Gear check: Gear check required 20 minutes before 1st Showjumping event. a. Armbands are required to be worn by all competitors. 7. Queries, protests, horse abuse as per the PCAV Handbook of By-Laws. 8. Dogs are prohibited without exception. 9. No stallions, colts or rigs. 10. Competitor numbers: the organising committee will pre-allocate and advise numbers. Competitors to supply their own numbers which are to be on the bridle or saddle blanket both sides or a back number. 11. PCAV Alcohol Policy applies. 12. Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property. 13. Please park as directed on the day. 14. Protests $50 refundable if upheld 15. No Lungeing
