Answer #2: Yes, In-State Preference is addressed in Sectin 4.10 and Sectin 9.00 f the slicitatin. The Department has nt previusly slicited these items. The available Clumbia prduct in 100% nyln is rated 30 minutes. The Clumbia prduct in 100% plyester is rated 50 minutes. SLEEVES: The pl features raglan style sleeves (upper prtin), cmbined with a straight side panel, seamless gusset (bttm prtin), prviding 360º range f mvement. Raglan seams are reinfrced with 3/8 wide dyed-t-match, 100% cttn twill tape. The sleeves are hemmed using a 1 turn up and duble needle cver-stitch. SIDE PANELS: The pl features straight side panels, extending frm the shirt-tail hem t the sleeve hem. This design creates a seamless gusset, prviding 360º range f mvement. The side panel grades in width, measuring 8¼ at the shirt-tail hem and 5¼ at the sleeve hem. The bttm edge f each panel has a vent reinfrced with twill tape, measuring 2½ in length. HEM: The bttm f the shirt is hemmed using a 1 turn up and duble needle cver-stitch. STITCHING: All seams are safety-stitched using 11 t 12 stitches per inch.
