The CBAA Sccer prgram will strive t develp players at all ages and levels f play: recreatinal; travel; and premier. We are dedicated t develping players and caches t the highest level thrugh a quality instructinal prgram. 5 Vlunteering Giving back t yur child s prgram can be a very rewarding experience. We run n natural energy, which is yu! Please cnsider taking a rle in ur sccer prgrams here at CBAA Sprts. Age Grup Crdinatr - This is a vlunteer lead rle that helps rganize events in CBAA IM/REC Sccer. They help prvide assistance and supprt t divisin caches and teams. This is an imprtant rle that is a liaisn between the caches and administratin fr a specific age grup. Specific duties fllw in the next page. Field Maintenance We will have wrk days t help maintain and spruce up ur fields and ur facilities. Light handy wrk that includes landscaping, pruning, painting, and ther dd jbs. Cach & Assistant Our Intramural and Recreatin teams are all headed up by vlunteer caches. Caches clinics and specific training is given t the caches t ensure a fun and successful seasn fr all. Supprt is available during the entire seasn frm ur DOC. Sme specific duties include: Cnduct team training in varius sccer skills t develp sprtsmanship and design strategies t take part in healthy cmpetitins. Crdinate and manage team cmmunicatins. Game day management and caching duties. Assistant Cach - Assist sccer cach by reaching practice grund a few minutes earlier than scheduled time t enable timely start f sessin. Wrk and help head cach t set up equipment, develp strategies and drills and implement same during practice sessin. Cmmunicatins/Public Relatins Cmmittee Wrk directly with the CBAA Sccer Cmmittee t publish news articles, scial media events and website updates. Event & Festival Planning Cmmittee Yu will have an pprtunity t select a particular area f interest; cncessins, vendr relatins, preparing ur fields, and mre! 2 hurs ptins are als available. Field Marshal Senir Divisin - Assist as an fficial n the field during playffs when we hst ther clubs t help ensure that the games run smthly. SE PA Rec Team Crdinatr SE PA Rec Team delegate wrks with the SE PA Rec Team as a liaisn fr CBAA sccer. This is just fr the Senir League Divisin (U12-U19). Picture Day Vlunteer - Assist players and caches n picture day t cllect frms, etc. Psitive Sprts Educatin Cmmittee guides the prcess f creating an rganizatinal culture that prmtes the kind f behavir and values that CBAA wants t see in its players, caches, parents and fans. This cmmittee is critical t the success f ur missin. Team /Gdwill Ambassadr - Prmtes gdwill n the sidelines with ppnents and team families. Acts as a hst at hme games welcming the guest team. Each team will have a GWA that will prmte gd sprtsmanship and help hnr the game. Liaisn fr psitive Caching educatin and Directr f Cnduct. 6 Our CBAA IM/REC Prgram Minimum and maximum age Minimum Age fr Pre-Kindergarten is between 4 yrs. ld. (eligible fr Kindergarten in the Fall f the current Year) Maximum age 19-12th grade. Teams/ League placement Children are placed in leagues, accrding t their grade up t U11, U12-U19 is by Birth Year: Under 05 - Pre-Kindergarten (Age 4-5 yrs ld) Under 06 - Kindergarten (Age 5-6 yrs ld) Under 07-1st Grade Under 08-2nd Grade Under 10-3rd and 4th Grades Under 12 Birth Years 2006, 2007 *Under 14 Birth Years 2004, 2005 *Under 16 Birth Years 2002, 2003 Under 19 Birth Years 1999, 2000, 2001 *Only teams in U05 & U06 leagues are c-ed (Saturday mrning games nly) All Other leagues are gender specific. * U12 and up will fllw a player draft fr team frmatins t create fair and evenly matched teams. Seasn Our Seasn includes practices and games. Beginning at U07 (1 st grade), there is ne practice a week with a game n the weekends. We strive t schedule 8-10 games in a seasn, which als includes age grup game festivals. What t expect Fllwing the clse f registratin, we will begin t rganize ur seasn by ensuring we have the necessary number f caches and then we will initiate team frmatins. Families will be cntacted by yur child's cach a few weeks befre the seasn begins. Weather and field cnditins permitting, practices shuld begin in September fr the Fall seasn and April fr the Spring Seasn. We kick ff each seasn with a fun filled festival that can be enjyed by the whle family. Children in U07 and lder leagues will have practice ne night a week, with games n Saturday and/r Sunday. Field assignments will depend n the size f each league; we strive t have all practices and games at the same field lcatin. 6 Page

7 Referees will be used fr the U12, U14, 16 and U19 leagues nly. In the Spring, the U10 divisin will experience a few games with a referee in an instructinal manner. We believe this is a great learning tl fr players and caches t help ready the players fr U12. U12, U14, U16 and U18 will participate in the SE PA Rec Team in the Fall and Spring. Teams will play ther clubs. N Travel Players are eligible fr this league. Attempts will be made t reschedule rained ut games, but we cannt guarantee they will all be rescheduled. CBAA Intramural Sccer leases the athletic fields frm the Central Bucks Schl District, Buckingham, Dylestwn & Plumstead Twnships; ur use f these fields is managed by the District/Twnship and is dependent upn the verall cnditin f the fields. Unifrm/Player Kit Nte: All players must wear black shrts, black scks, shin guards, and sccer cleats. Bring a ball and water t each practice/game. Our player jerseys cnsist f a "hme" green jersey and an "away" white jersey thrugh ur Adidas and Angel's partners. Yu d nt need t purchase a player kit each seasn. If yur child has an Adidas jersey kit frm last seasn that still fits, yu may re-use it each seasn. Yu may als just purchase replacement items separately within registratin r in ur nline stre n at CBAASprts.rg. Practice Night When yu register, yu will be asked which night yur child is unable t practice. Caches chse the night they are available t practice and we will prvide yur child's cach with any cnflicts yu may have. Teams are nt frmed based slely n when yur child is available t practice; we capture that infrmatin t cnvey it t yur child's cach. Please understand that ur caches are parents, t, and they chse their practice night accrding t their availability. Yur flexibility, patience and understanding f the challenges we face in accmmdating everyne's busy schedules are appreciated. If necessary, we will mve children nt alternate teams t accmmdate scheduling cnflicts. U05 and U06 registrants shuld chse "N cnflict" since there is n weekday practice. 8 Plicies & Prtcls Sprtsmanship Parent and Player Behavir Spectatrs and players are expected t act in a curteus and sprtsmanlike manner at all times. All spectatrs abide by the Parent Pledge (next page) Spectatrs and substitute players must remain mre than three (3) feet behind the tuchline. N ne is allwed t enter the field f play during a match except as permitted by the referee. N ne is permitted t remain behind the gals r alng the gal line during a match. Cach Behavir Befre the match begins, each cach will prvide a lines persn t assist the cach-referee t signal when the ball has gne ut f play. Caches must remain mre than three (3) feet behind the tuchline and within ten (10) yards f the midfield line. At the cnclusin f a match, caches will line up their players n the midfield line t shake hands with the ppsing team. In the spirit f sprtsmanship, fairness, and fun, caches are expected t cperate fully with each ther in the event f uneven numbers f players n game day. If ne team is shrt, teams shuld player share (the best slutin) r adjust yur lineup accrding t the number f players available n the team with the least players. The latter suggestin is nt ideal since this deprives players f playing time. Caches shuld ntify the Sccer Operatins Office & Directr f Cnduct regarding any instances f imprper cnduct. I will relentlessly fcus n the secnd, mre imprtant, gal f using sprts t teach life lessns t my child and ther yuth. I will use psitive encuragement t fill the Emtinal Tanks f my children, their teammates, and caches. I understand that peple d their best with full E-Tanks. I will reinfrce the ELM Tree f Mastery with my child (E fr Effrt, L fr Learning, M fr buncing back frm Mistakes). I will set an example fr my child by hnring the Game. If the fficial makes a "bad" call against my team, I will Hnr the Game and be silent! I will use a self-cntrl rutine t avid lsing my cmpsure when things g wrng. I will take a deep breath, turn away frm the game t refcus, cunt backwards frm 100 r use self-talk I will engage in N-Directins Cheering. I will limit my cmments during the game t encuraging my child and ther players (frm bth teams). I will get my child t practice and games n time and will be n time picking my child up after games and practices. I will refrain frm making negative cmments abut my child's cach in my child's presence. 9 Team Frmatins at CBAA IM/REC Sccer The bjective is t retain the friendship and cmmunity element f the prgram while als trying t minimize highly uneven teams. We have taken int cnsideratin a great deal f feedback n this imprtant issue. The intent is t implement sme minr adjustments t address the uneven teams issue in a psitive manner. We thank yu fr yur cntinued supprt in ur prgram and helping make this a great place t play! Teams will be frmed based n varius factrs that include but nt limited t: Player Evaluatin (U10 U19) Cach/Directrs Draft Number f seasns played/experience Schl Cach Request /Friend Request Rster Sizes Belw is an updated table f the rster sizes fr small-sided games. These standards were finalized based n the input frm the Yuth Members Technical Leadership Grup and feedback prvided by Directrs f Caching. Age Game Rster Size U5/U6 4v4 N mre than 6* U7 4v4 N mre than 6* U8 4v4 N mre than 6* U9 7v7 N mre than 12 U10 7v7 N mre than 12 U11 9v9 N mre than 16 U12 9v9 N mre than 16 U13&Up 11v11 N mre than 22 (18 n game days) Requests/allwances Parents may stipulate ne 'undesirable' practice night. Every effrt will be made t nt schedule yur child fr practice n that particular night. Please nte this des nt apply t U05 & U06 wh d nt have regular midweek practices. The practice night in sme age grups may be fixed fr multi team / academy style training fr player develpment purpses. On a request basis, head caches can be assigned up t tw f their child's friends n his / her team as a 'thank-yu'' fr vlunteering t cach. (This includes, the Asst. cach). Parents may request a friend t be n the same team, hwever, the request must be mutual. If yu are requesting a friend n yur child s team, the ther parent must already be aware and will need t make the same request. If a parent requests a specific head cach fr their child, every effrt will be made t hnr that request. Hwever, there is n guarantee that the child will be assigned t that cach. This plicy simply gives ur prgram sme flexibility in trying t meet the challenge f frming teams that are smewhat equally balanced fr the benefit f all f ur players. Our caches All caches as well as vlunteers must cmplete: an annual nline EPYSA Risk Management Assessment. as well as key vlunteers) must prvide PA Criminal Backgrund Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance. the annual cncussin training prgram. 9 Page

10 must attend the Psitive Caching Wrkshp. All Caches must attend the Caches Clinic that is run by ur DOC. All Caches must attend a preseasn planning meeting with AGCs and leadership. Guest Play Only players registered within the age grup may guest play fr a team, but nly by apprval and agreement f the club and the caches. This wuld nly be in extreme circumstances. We encurage player sharing between the ppnents n game day. SE PA Rec Team wuld be an exceptin if yu are playing a team utside f ur club. Teams wuld need t equate their rster in this case. 10 Page

11 Schedule Our Seasn begins with pening seasn kickff and small game festivals by age grups. Team Schedules will all be psted nline at CBAASprts.rg. All reschedules must be crdinated thrugh yur Divisin Crdinatr and the CBAA Sccer Operatins Office. N game shuld be cancelled due t lw number f players. Teams are encuraged t share players r play a smaller sided frmat f play. A minimum f ne week is required fr reschedules. Caches may nt switch fields. Field clsures will be cmmunicated via ur text messaging system frm ur SiPlay site/cbaasprts.rg. Please be sure t activate the text message feature in yur SiPlay app accunt. All caches, parents and referees are encuraged t sign up t receive texts & r s. Safety & Playing Time In rder t ensure the safety f all players, the fllwing guidelines have been established: Only players registered with CBAA intramural sccer shall be allwed t participate in ur League... Players must wear shin guards under scks at all practices and games Players must wear utdr sccer shes fr all games. Players are nt allwed t participate in a game if they are wearing jewelry f any kind. This includes activity trackers such as fit bits. Galies must wear an ppsite clr shirt r pinnie f bth teams. Players wearing eyeglasses r rthdntia are encuraged t wear apprpriate safety gear. Any player with a medical ID bracelet will be asked t tape it fr safety. Generally, players are nt permitted t play if they are wearing casts r splints f any kind, hwever, game time discretin resides with the player, parents, caches and referee(s). In the event f a player injury, each team/league will fllw ur club r league s guidelines fr managing and reprting such incidents. The Directr f Cnduct and Safety must be ntified f all serius injuries including cncussins. Each player als has insurance with ur State Assciatin EPYSA upn CBAA registratin. All players must be ffered the pprtunity t play at least half a game, regardless f skill. Respect and hnr the player, the cach, the referee and the game! Uneven Games Plicy- Mercy Rule Very imprtant Player sharing between teams is mandated nce the scre becmes 6-0 (The scre at which the s-called Mercy Rule kicks in.) Once that scre r similar (7-1) ccurs, the caches stp the game, the teams shake hands and the caches then wrk tgether t d their best t create tw even teams and an enjyable cmpetitive cntest. Games will cntinue t full time. There are many benefits f player sharing nce a game is uneven. Playing in a cmpetitive envirnment is ne f the best ways fr them t develp as players and imprve their skills The Referee s respnsibility is t stp the game nly. It is up t the caches t trade players t make the game equal. Teams are nt t reduce the number f players n the field. The gal is t have full teams play the games. This prcedure has been instituted by CBAA and is nt t be changed r mdified fr any reasn. An uneven game benefits nbdy -nt the winning r lsing team. 11 Page

Junir Divisin cnsist f Pre-Kindergarten U05 thrugh 4 th grade (U10) Senir Divisin cnsists f children U12 - U19. This divisin is by birth year, nt grade. Fall Senir League Caches shuld read and familiarize themselves with the SEP Rec League rules. These rules are cntained in this guideline dcument and als n the SEP Rec site under Cntact yur player families ASAP via the SiPlay Team Site was issued by CBAA Sccer! Please refer yur player families t yur team site. The Team website This site shuld be utilized fr all cmmunicatins. Parents will be able t see all cmmunicatins. The team site als has the nline schedule The team site has the rster, cntact inf and schedule. Yu can add any news items, pictures etc. Be sure t pst /cmmunicate inf n the player clinics and the kickff festival. Fllw up if yu have nt heard frm player families. Please ntify the club if there are any incrrect cntact infrmatin r rster issues. Be sure t talk t yur parents abut yur caching gals and caching style and reinfrce t all parents that they are expected t behave as psitive rle mdels and explain what that means (read the Rle Mdels fr Life and the Psitive Caching Alliance white paper). 13 Small Sided Games CBAA IM prgram has implemented SSG s as an integral part f player develpment fr age grups U05-U12 and advcates the cntinued playing f SSG s as a significant training tl at the Senir Divisin level. Over the better part f the past 15 years, recmmendatins frm US Yuth Sccer have been in place. The field size and number f players fllws the new standards set by US Sccer in The charts are available n EPYSA.rg, as well as US Sccer.cm. There are sme new rules and field markings that have been created t make these games a better teaching and learning envirnment. all sccer U08 and belw will played 4v4. U9 /U10 will becme 7v7 (including galkeepers) U11/U12 becmes 9v9. All 11-a-side sccer begins at U13. Anther unique feature are the game play times U06, U07 an U08 games will be played in fur ten-minute quarters, with a five-minute break in between quarters. Quarters and perids will prvide the pprtunity t establish a flw t the game and allw substituting in a mre unifrm way t eliminate the disruptin that nrmally ccurs. At U9 and up, play will be in the custmary twenty-five minute halves, with ten minutes in between. A unique rule fr 7v7 features a build ut line t encurage players t develp their skills unpressured when playing ut f the back n a gal kick r frm the galkeeper. Thse rules and field diagrams can be fund n EPYSA.rg. Standards fr field and gal size have been included in this initiative. The field sizes shwn in the dcuments are the maximum sizes. Fields can be smaller, but the size shwn is the standard t which US Sccer desires. Gal sizes shuld be viewed similarly. The sizes listed are the standard. Each club shuld wrk t achieve the standard, but that des nt mean new gals must be purchased immediately. The next pprtunity a club has t replace ld gals; the purchase shuld reflect the sizes established by US Sccer. Frmal referees are nt needed in the SSG envirnment up t U10. ONE active parent-cach n the field t versee the actin is all that is required. There are a multitude f reasns fr develping a Small Sided Games Philsphy and this is an nging bjective fr the CBAA IM prgram. Our gal is t create a FUN envirnment where playing the game takes precedence ver winning and lsing (results). The lng-term bjective is that nce players reach the Senir Divisin (U15 and lder) they are cnfident n the ball, enjy a higher understanding f the game and are mre ready t embrace the psitinal and tactical aspects required at the full game level. Players shuld never stp playing SSG s in training thugh! We ask that all CBAA IM caches and parents embrace ur Small Sided Games apprach and attend club- prvided meetings and clinics t learn mre. 13 Page

14 Junir Divisin U05 U10 General Junir League Guidelines All games shall be played in accrdance with FIFA rules, with the mdificatins ntes thrughut this dcument. 1) All unifrms must cmply with FIFA / USSF standards. a) All Players must wear either their hme (green) Adidas r there away (white) jersey t their games. Always have yur ther jersey with yu. Trying t referee a game with same r similar clr jerseys is very difficult if nt impssible. b) Players must wear black shrts and black scks. N wild clr scks / shrts. c) Shin guards must be under the scks and cmpletely cvered by the scks. d) N jewelry r wrist bands. e) Medical bracelets shuld be taped fr safety 2) Number f players n the field are fund in each age grup sectin that fllws. 3) Ball Size can be fund in each age grup sectin f this dcument. 4) Duratin f Match can be fund in each age grup sectin f this dcument. 5) The team scring the greater number f gals during a match is the winner. Matches ending in a draw shall stand; there will be n extra time added t determine a winner. 6) Slide Tackling: slide tackling an ppnent in any manner shall be strictly prhibited and shall be sanctined as serius ful play. 7) Rushing the Galkeeper: N player is allwed t rush the galkeeper. 14 Page

15 U05 and U06 Game Guidelines Game Guidelines Our Prfessinal Training Staff versee the CBAA U05 and U06 prgram. Each weekly, 1-hur, sessin includes a fun warm-up, a skill activity and 4 versus 4 games. The sessins are divided int half skills, half games. CBAA parent caches will assist the prfessinal n-site cach during the skills sessin then help t versee the games. Equipment: yur child shuld bring a #3 ball and a drink and wear utdr cleats (preferred) r sneakers and shin guards A pre-seasn meeting/clinic is cnducted at ur seasnal kick ff festival t fully explain all aspects f the U05/U06 prgram. 4 v 4 Standards f Play These are fun lw-key games with teams randmly selected each week. This means that, at any time, players can be switched t even up teams if necessary. The 7 player-a-side games allw fr a galkeeper and a simple frmatin n scaled-dwn fields. Each team cach will referee half a game each r, by mutual cnsent, ne cach may referee the whle game. A cach may als designate a knwledgeable and cnfident parent frm their team t referee if that is preferred. Once the ppsing team is behind the build ut line, the galkeeper can pass, thrw r rll the ball int play (punting is nt allwed). 3. After the ball is put int play by the galkeeper, the ppsing team can crss the build ut line and play resumes as nrmal. 4. If a galkeeper punts the ball, an indirect free kick shuld be awarded t the ppsing team frm the spt f the ffense. 5. If the punt ccurs within the gal area, the indirect free kick shuld be taken n the gal area line parallel t the gal line at the nearest pint t where the infringement ccurred. 6. 19 Senir Divisin U12, U14, U16 & U19 Guidelines fr Games The Senir Divisin at CBAA Sccer is cmprised f age grups frm U12-U19, and is gender specific. The senir divisin U12, U14, U16, U19 als has ne night a week practices and games n the weekends. This divisin participates in a SE PA Rec Team and plays ther club teams lcally as well as fellw CBAA teams. All age grups in the Senir Divisin are eligible t play in the Fall and Spring Rec Select turnament fr the club. Sign-ups are pen t everyne, but in the case where we cannt frm a full team r secure a cach, we may need t turn away sme players. General League Guidelines All games shall be played in accrdance with FIFA rules, with the fllwing mdificatins: 1) All unifrms must cmply with FIFA / USSF standards. a) All Players must wear either their hme (green) Adidas r there away (white) jersey t their games. Always have yur ther jersey with yu. Trying t referee a game with same r similar clr jerseys is very difficult if nt impssible. b) Players must wear black shrts and black scks. Caches fr the hme team are respnsible fr ensuring that crner flags are set up, that the gals are secure and in gd cnditin, that any cncerns abut the pitch cnditins will be discussed with the ppsing team and game fficials. Caches must remain mre than three (3) feet behind the tuchline and within ten (10) yards f the midfield line. At the cnclusin f a match, caches will line up their players n the midfield line t shake hands with the ppsing team. Caches must reduce the number f players n the field t equal the number f available players frm the ther team with the intent f prviding a fair and balanced match fr the players n the field. Caches shuld ntify their league directrs regarding any instances f imprper cnduct. Caches will discuss any issues relating t the referee nly with the league directr, r designee, and nly after 24 hurs have passed since the end f the match. SE PA Rec League Rules Belw are the SE PA Rec Team sccer rules effective January 12, CBAA participates in this inter-club league fr U12-U19. Hded Sweatshirts are nt allwed, nr can the hds be tucked in. Players are nt permitted t play with any kind f jewelry. N exceptins shall be made t this rule fr new earrings and cvering any type f jewelry with a Band-Aid is nt permitted. (The wearing f medical alert jewelry is permitted, as lng as the bracelet is securely cvered). Sprts safety glasses is strngly recmmended fr bth the safety f the individual and thers n the field. Players are nt permitted t play wearing unpadded casts r splints. The decisin t allw the player t participate will be made by the referee. There will be n heading the ball in the U-12 Divisins. Injured players receiving attentin n the field must be substituted. A player receiving a Yellw Card must be substituted fr a Cling Off perid. The ppsing team des nt, in this instance get a One-fr-ne substitutin. The player receiving the "card" may re-enter the game at the next allwed team substitutin. Gal Keepers may be substituted during the duratin f the match, but nly with the permissin f the referee. Failure t get permissin prir t substituting the keeper will result in the issue f a Yellw Card fr unsprtsmanlike cnduct, except at half time. N substitutins shall be allwed n a crner kick. Parents Behavir Spectatrs are expected t behave and act in a curteus and sprtsman like manner at all times. Spectatrs must remain a minimum f 1 yard, 3 feet, behind the tuch line unless directed therwise by the referee. N ne is allwed t enter the field f play during the match withut the permissin f the referee. N ne is allwed t remain behind the gal line r alng the gal line during the match. Caches Behavir Befre the match, each cach shall prvide t the referee a vlunteer linesman in the Under 12 divisin. The referee will have flags, and the linesman shall fllw the instructins f the referee. Linesmen are nt permitted t cach frm the sidelines. One referee fr Under 12 and Under 14 matches with club linesman and 3 referees fr Under 16 and abve. Each team is respnsible fr half the referee fee and the ttal fee is t be paid befre the start f the match. Any verbal abuse r threatening f the referee by any cach, player r spectatr is strictly prhibited and such cnduct may be punishable by ejectin and a minimum f ne, (1), game suspensin. All decisins by the referee are final. The referee may end the match at any time when the circumstances warrant it. Shuld the referee end the match, the teams MAY NOT decide t finish the match n their wn. The match is abandned and the reasns and utcme will be reviewed by the gverning parties. The referee shall submit a game reprt t its designated league authrity with-in 48 hurs f the cmpleted match. N game time Revisins f the written Laws r Amendments shall be allwed withut the permissin f the gverning authrity. Referee Unavailable Referees are assigned t every league game. In the event a referee des nt appear fr the scheduled game in U-14 Divisins and yunger the fllwing prcedures is used: a. The hme team shall nminate a candidate, preferably a member f the Referee s Assciatin wh, if acceptable, they shall referee the game. b. If the hme team s nminee is unacceptable, the visiting team shall nminate a candidate, preferably a member f the Referee s Assciatin wh, if acceptable, shall referee the game. 23 Page

24 c. In the event bth caches agree n anther prcedure t have the game fficiated, that prcedure shall be emplyed. Any referee named thrugh the afrementined prcess shall have all the pwers f any referee as stated in the Laws f the Game. d. If a suitable candidate cannt be agreed upn, the game shall be canceled. Bth teams are required t remain at the field fr n less than 20 minutes after the scheduled start f the match t ensure that the assigned referee des nt arrive in a reasnable amunt f time. The Hme team shall advise SE-PA within 48 hurs that n referee was present fr the game. The teams have ne (1) week t reschedule the match and will advise the League f the new date, time and lcatin. If after this time the game has nt been rescheduled the game shall be rescheduled by the League. e. In the U16 and U19 age grups, if n referee is present, the game shall be canceled. If at least 1 referee is present the game can prceed using club linesman prvide by each team. The Hme team shall advise the league within 48 hurs that n referee was present fr the game. The teams have ne (1) week t reschedule the match and will advise the League f the new date, time and lcatin. If after this time the game has nt been rescheduled the game shall be rescheduled by the league Fuls and Miscnduct The referee shall call the game in accrdance t the FIFA Laws f the Game, USSF Guidelines and the Amendments t The Laws as stated in this dcument. Any player receiving a Yellw Card shall be substituted and remain n the sidelines fr a cling ff perid. The ppsing team des nt get a ne-fr-ne substitutin. Referees must submit a game reprt with all inf accrding t USSF reprting requirements. Any player receiving a Red Card shall leave the field f play and nt interfere with the game in any manner. Shuld the ejected player r cach cntinue with any un-sprtsman like behavir and cntinue t disrupt the game, they will be asked t leave the facility. If a player receives a Red Card they will receive a minimum f a mandatry ne game suspensin fr receiving a Red Card, hwever, all vilent and serius Red Card fuls shall be reviewed by the Gverning Officials and additinal game suspensin may be given upn determining a vilent ful has accrued which shuld warrant further actin. Referees must submit a game reprt with all inf accrding t USSF reprting requirements. Player and caches suspended may nt be present n the sidelines fr their suspended matches. All vilent cnduct and game ejectins must be reprted t the individual club designated crdinatr. Serius miscnduct will be reviewed by an appinted Disciplinary Cmmittee t determine if additinal sanctins are required r warranted. Cmpetitin Rules The team scring the greater number f gals during the match is the winner. Matches ending in a draw will stand as there are n tie breakers during the regular seasn. If still tied at the end f vertime, the best f five, (5), penalty kicks by each team, (taken alternately), will be the deciding factr. If still tied after the first five shters frm each team, alternating kicks shall be taken until a winner is decided, nt a secnd set f 5 shters. All players must kick nce befre any player is allwed a secnd kick. Keepers are permitted t participate in the shtut. Eligible players are t be lined up in the center circle and remain there until a winner is determined. N caches, managers r spectatrs are permitted n the field r behind the gal during the shtut.
