Ray recommends doing it up SEXY. SEASON PARTY #1 When: Friday April 13, 8-12PM Where: Launchpad (7 th and Central) How: We chartered the whole place. Just for us. Theme: Jersey Shore 10PM: WAKA Player Talent Show (details below) What: We have 2 bands and DJ Nicolatron booked. This event combines the party prowess of both the Sunday and the Thursday leagues. It s gonna be a big deal. With a huge open bar tab. So start the preparations. Your guests are welcome! Non-registered players will pay $15 cash at the door for entry and drinks on the open tab. WAKA S GOT TALENT! Got talent and wanna show it off? Get your team s skits, shenanigans, feather boas and pasties ready there will be a Talent Show at the MidSeason party in addition to live music and DJ Nicolatron spinning your faves. 3 TEAM PROFILE From The Royal Baumers Captain Mike Greiner Team name and what it means to you? The Royal Baumers means a return to a cohesive, well rounded team of good friends, good kickballers and better drinkers. Competitive or Fun? Fun league, it's what kickball should be all about. Of course winning is always a bonus. How do you feel about this 2 division arrangement? To be honest, I could go both ways on the matter. There are a few teams I wish we could play (Chuck Norris, I'm looking at you), and there are just as many teams that I wouldn't want to have to play...it's a wash. But I wholeheartedly welcome this experiment, may it all work well. What's new for you this season? Well, I won't be able to play the whole season, that's new. I'm starting to rethink this whole 'get married and move to Boston' thing. Oh, and I will be a CSR (what Hans does) when I do get to Beantown. So that's cool.
