3 Anthem Golf & Country Club is located in North Phoenix, off of the I-17, nestled in the quiet beauty of the high Sonoran desert foothills. Anthem, a private country club, has 36 holes of scenic championship golf. We are pleased to offer two, full-serviced & unique golf shops to its Members & guests. Each of these exclusive shops provides superior quality in both its merchandise & standard of service. Our two Championship Golf Courses, Ironwood & Persimmon, were desgined by Greg Nash both with dramatically different challenges, each course stretching more than 7,200 yards. The more traditional Persimmon Course features a signature 18,000-square-foot double green that concludes both the 9th & 18th holes. The more challenging Ironwood Course tests low-handicap players, in particular, when they arrive at Anthem Corner, the 10th through 12th holes that play around water to a par of 4, 3 & 5. Both courses feature dramatic elevations, boast large greens, multiple tee markers & breathtaking backdrops of the sun-splashed mountains. The stately Saguaros & wine-hued foothills make the club's slogan "a secluded sanctuary with million dollar views" easy to understand. 6 Golf GOLF OUTINGS Tournament & Outing Information PRACTICE FACILITY Full service practice facility with 30 station grass tee driving range, 8 full swing targets, 2 short game targets, chipping green with 4 hole locations, putting green & range balls. CLUBHOUSES Anthem Golf & Country Club uniquely offers two beautiful clubhouses. Both have spectacular views of the courses & entire Anthem Community. The Ironwood Ballroom & the Arbor Trellis Patio at Persimmon are only two among several perfect settings to host your pre & post tournament entertaining. With multiple venue options & a seating capacity of over 400, we have the ability to entertain every type of event. MERCHANDISE & TEE PRIZES Apparel lines include Adidas, Cutter & Buck, EP Pro, Greg Norman & Nike. The Club carries a complete line of golf clubs including Callaway Golf, Cobra, Nike, Ping, TaylorMade & Titleist. We also offer the Titleist Select Fit fitting system, which allows our Pro Shop staff to custom fit hybrids, irons, wedges & woods. 13 Policies Booking a Golf Tournament WHEN RESERVING A GOLF TOURNAMENT All clients must use the enclosed packet & reserve the tournament through the Private Events a&tournament Director, Kathy Cuaderno. The Club requires a deposit to reserve the tournament date & golf course. A second deposit of 50% of the estimated charges is due no less than ninety (90) days prior to the event date. BALANCE OF PAYMENT The final payment for the total estimated charges including, but not limited to: minimum player guarantee, food & beverage guarantee, additional services &/or rental equipment with service charge & sales tax, is due 72 hours prior to the event by cash, check, or credit card. CANCELLATIONS In the event of cancellation of the Tournament by the Host, the security deposit & any partial payments will not be refunded. In addition, the Club will be entitled to a cancellation fee: Less than 45 days prior to tournament = 100% of estimated revenue Less than 60 days prior to tournament = 75% of estimated revenue Less than 90 days prior to tournament = 50% of estimated revenue Should the Tournament be postponed by the Club due to inclement weather, all payments received will be transferred to an agreed upon rescheduled date. If a rescheduled date cannot be agreed upon, the security deposit will be retained & any partial payments will be refunded. Should the Club cancel the Tournament after play has begun, all fees will be charged in full. Host may obtain cancellation insurance at Host s sole cost & discretion.

14 Policies GUEST GUARANTEE An exact guaranteed number of players along with food & beverage guests is due no later than 7 days prior to the Tournament. If Host fails to provide the Club with the exact number of players & guests, the estimated numbers provided above will become the guarantee, even if fewer players participate. Host will be responsible for 100% of the costs of the Tournament & will be charged for the higher amount of the actual number of players along with food & beverage guests, or (b) the guaranteed number of players along with food & beverage guests; but in no event less than the minimums indicated above. DRESS CODE No one will be permitted to play golf or use the practice facilities unless they are wearing golf shoes with soft spikes or an appropriate athletic shoe with a non-aggressive tread that will not damage the greens (e.g., smooth-soled tennis shoes) Allowed on the Course & Practice Areas: - Men: Slacks, pants, golf shorts, collard shirts, turtle necks, mock turtle necks & sweaters - Women: Golf skirts, dresses, golf shorts, skorts, blouses, golf shirts & sweaters - Hats, visors or caps must be golf or tennis appropriate & worn in a conventional manner - bill forward Not Allowed on the course or Practice Areas: - Workout attire - Cargo style shorts or pants, baggy/low riding shorts or slacks - Tee Shirts, tank tops, cutoffs, frayed or worn apparel, sweatpants, sweatshirts - Swim wear - Denim in any style or color - Scantily - clad or risqué attire, clothing with verbiage or symbols the Club would deem as offensive
