8 THE PLANNING Planning for conversion/rebuild of three joining Barns at the front of the site exists under the application number with Central Bedfordshire Council CB/10/01128/FULL and described as `Alterations and extensions to stable block for conversion to self-contained dwelling`. The plans were passed on 19th of August These plans allow for a dwelling of a good size (approximately 2000 square feet) ideal for use as a farmhouse come family home.
