Communication links in the area are excellent, with the North Devon Link Road only a few miles away, passing through Barnstaple and Tiverton and providing easy access to the M5 motorway and wider national road network at Exeter. The mainline railway station at Tiverton Parkway provides regular services to London Paddington taking from 2 hours 5 minutes. Exeter and Bristol international airports provide flights to a number of domestic and international destinations.
