Questin tabled regarding referee evaluatin frms and the utcme f negative feedback f individual referees Jined at this pint by Warren and he explained the referee evaluatin utcme; Referees are nt assessed individually based n frm feedback, rather the cmplaints are tabulated as a whle and training is cnsidered based n an AVERAGE feedback f ALL the referees assessments. Meaning, if yu assessed 2 game referees as ne being great, and ne being really bad, the average assessment f the game referee utcme wuld be gd? S with that in mind the feedback frm is used t develp crss the bard training rather than using it as an individual assessment fr an individual referee. Basicall, what Warren said is that the RMLL des nt evaluate referees individually but the prgram as a whle and attempts t develp their prgram base n an blended feedback fr the rganizatin as a whle.

Teams viced cncerns abut travelling t Grand Prairie t play games and having the Grand Prairie team field 7 players fr the game. Grand Prairie needs t demnstrate exceptinal representatin fr the upcming seasn. High River made an applicatin and presentatin t participate in the Tier II divisin fr the 2017 seasn. Safety All teams shuld have an Emergency Actin Plan (make sure nthing has changed frm last seasn) Share with cmmissiner and hme team needs t supply EAP t visiting team. The tw winners f the secnd playff series will represent their cnference in prvincial play dwn. 3 rd rund: rund rbin f the tw tp nrth and suth cnference finishers. Tw Nrtth teams play ff Friday night fllwed by a game f the tw Suth teams. Respective winners will be the Suth and Nrth cnference Champinship. The rest f the weekend will be rund rbins with all 4 teams play each ther (Friday night games are used as the rund rbin game). Tp tw teams will in pint accumulated during the rund rbin will play in the final fr Prvincial Champinship. In the event that the 2 teams in the final playff game are tied in wins and lsses against each ther thrugh the turnament and final game, an additinal mini game frmat be adpted as ppsed t just the utcme f the final game f the turnament t determine verall prvincial winner. Mini game frmat wuld be a cmplete new 10 minute game after a 2 minute break fllwing the same frmat as played in the NLL playffs. The new game starts at 0-0 and is a cmplete new game. Any suspensin carryvers issued during the previus game wuld be applied t the new game. Mtin t apprve frmat change t include a 10 minute mini game in the event the 2 teams playing in the final game are tied in win/lss against each ther during turnament weekend: Cam Pilling, Secnded; Pat Hansen. Discussin #2 Rather than play a 3 game series in the playff runds leading up t the final turnament, discussin was had regarding expediting the prcess by hlding a 10 minute mini game final in the event that 2 teams are tied fllwing game 2 f the playff series. Ratinal fr this frmat is that it evens the playing field fr the team that has t travel and, rather than sitting utside f the arena waiting fr the final game, while the hme team gets t re-energize in their cmfrt, it will accmmdate and allw the travelling team the latitude f finishing the series

If there is NO Travel then the Playff games can start n a Wednesday night as lng as bth teams agree. All games need t be cmpleted by their end date. All teams need t secure their flr time and arena befre the END f the seasn Prvincials will be held in the Nrth fr the 2017 Seasn Western Cup Final Grup seemed interested in the prspect f and ffered supprt f investigatin Each Team needs t have a back up arena and the name f the backup arena needs t be given t Christine 10. Tier II Fines and Suspensins Have the Caches send in their utlk f the situatin The Cmmissiner needs cntact numbers and/r e mail address fr all Head Caches t talk t regarding players Suspensin and/r fines Default games: $500 dllar fine first game $1000 fr the secnd game and alng with the additinal cst i.e.: Flr, referee and transprtatin fr the ther team. If a team defaults three games in ne seasn then that team will default the rest f the seasn and lse their bnd and have t reapply t field a team fr the next seasn Minimum number f players is 11. Cmmissin discretin can allw mre than 4 call-ups fr regular seasn game. Playffs are restricted t 4 Call-ups and 2 Galies per game. Cmmissiner des nt have discretin fr playff games. 11. Caches/ Bench Persnal All bench persnal needs t have the prper certificatin (even trainers) Have extra peple available with these credentials.

Csts fr a Majr Team (2015 Fees): Annual ALA Registratin Fee - usually inviced in July - $46.25 per player, $18.50 per Cach and $10.25 per Manager and Trainers and Team Executive. In 2017, as per ALA AGM Mtin, each f these may increase by $5 each. ALA Prvincial Fee - $ per team qualifying fr Prvincials. Sr. B, Tier I, Tier II and Tier III split this fee amng the teams in their Divisin and this fee is included in the RMLL annual franchise invice. Teams in Sr. C, Jr. A and Jr. Ladies receive a RMLL invice fr this fee nce the teams ging t the Prvincial rund are knwn. Histrically Sr. Ladies have nt had a Prvincial Rund but a RMLL Champinship Rund and the cst f the Champinship rund is shared by the Sr. Ladies teams in the Champinship

9 rund. Referee Game Fees - Fr Regular Seasn and Playff hme games the hme team pays the Referees prir t the start f the game. Jr. A & Sr. B - Tw Referees at $77 each (Sht Clck Referee fr Playffs $38.50) Sr. C and Tier I - Tw Referees at $72 each (Sht Clck Referee fr Playffs $36) Sr. Ladies, Jr; Ladies, Tier II and Tier III - Tw Referee at $66.00 each (Sht Clck Referee $33) ALRA Assigning Fee and Referee Travel/Per Diem - inviced by the RMLL in late August f each Seasn...$6.00 per hme game (regular seasn and Playff) and any Referee travel/per diem fee assciated with a hme game. Annual RMLL Team Franchise Fee (2015) - $ per team inviced in February each year. Fines, Referee Accmmdatin and Airfare - inviced by the RMLL thrughut the Seasn as they ccur. Flr Rental Fr RMLL Cntracted Arena - inviced by the RMLL at the end f a seasn fr a team. 21 RMLL Regulatins re Invices and Fines Regulatin All RMLL invices are due thirty days frm invice date except invices fr team fines which are due ten (10) days frm invice date. Regulatin A team (RMLL Member) must pay fines assessed against them and/r their Members within ten (10) days f invice date, r be liable t further fines as penalty fr nn-payment. 22 Electin Rb Letendre submitted his name t run fr Tier II cmmissiner. Wayne Zadderey allwed his name t stand as cmmissiner f the Tier II divisin.
