Today, the Rockies continue their season-long, 10-game homestand against Arizona (0-1), Chicago- NL (three games) and Los Angeles-NL (four games). ROAD MAP Colorado is tied for the Major League lead with 11 road wins (also: Washington Nationals) the Rockies 3.23 road ERA (145.0 IP, 52 ER) and.219 batting average against on the road are also the best in MLB. The Rockies bullpen has a 2.03 ERA (57.2 IP, 13 ER) on the road as compared to a 6.26 ERA (46.0 IP, 32 ER) in Denver. RECOGNIZE It was announced Wednesday that Rockies closer Greg Holland was voted National League Reliever of the Month and rookie starter Antonio Senzatela was voted National League Rookie of the Month. Holland converted 11 saves in April that is the most saves in the month of April for a Rockies closer in franchise history the 11 saves tie the record for the most saves in a single calendar month in Rockies history (also: Brian Fuentes, 11 in May of 2007; Huston Street, 11 in June of 2009). 2 #44 ROCKIES STARTING PITCHER TYLER ANDERSON LHP Height: 6-4 Weight: 201 Age: 27 (Dec. 30, 1989) Born: Las Vegas, Nev. Acquired: Selected in first round of 2011 draft THE MANDERSON The 27-year-old left-hander is on his first career Opening Day roster after making his Major League debut on June 12 of last season vs. San Diego. The University of Oregon product began the 2016 season on the disabled list after recovering from surgery to repair a stress fracture to his left elbow. Selected as the Rockies first-round selection (20th overall) in Major League Baseball s 2011 First-Year Player Draft was also drafted in 08 by the Minnesota Twins, but did not sign. Added to Colorado s 40-man roster in 2014 has attended Major League Spring Training four times. LAST TIME OUT Faces the Diamondbacks for the second straight time after getting a no-decision in a 7-6, come-from-behind win on Saturday at Chase Field.
