COMMISH IN TO PAY VISIT--Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred will be at Kauffman Stadium today, on his tour of all parks in this, his first year on the job...he will speak briefly to the Royals players and coaches this morning and meet with the media in the Level One Interview Room at 11:45 a.m...manfred officially took his post on January 25 of this year after serving as the Chief Operating Officer under previous Commissioner, Bud Selig, who retired after last season.
