TRAIL LENGTH: Miles ADJACENT SCHOOLS: Liberty High $1,500, Completed September 2016 Revised plas completed i Jauary 2018 February November 2018 This project provides for the extesio of the Taychas Trail from Limestoe Quarry south to the City of Plao trail coectio. This trail coector will provide a likage betw Frisco ad Plao at SH121 at the West Rowlett Crk crossig. The project has also b awarded a grat that will be admiistered through the Texas Departmet of Trasportatio (TxDOT).

Based o fdback from this mtig the desig cosultat is workig to adjust the site pla ad provide a fial site pla for the cotractor to review for iitial fdback o costructio pricig. Costructio will cosist of early 30,000 sq ft for Seior residets. Phase oe ameities will iclude fitess rooms, craftig ad game rooms, a ballroom with kitche, walkig trails, a outdoor pavilio ad parkig.

14 SPECIAL PROJECTS FREEDOM MEADOW MEMORIAL The Frdom Meadow Project bega i 2002 to hoor lives lost due to acts of terrorism. Dedicated i 2005, the park is home to a memorial, doated beches ad a arbor built as part of a Eagle Scout Project. Citywide observaces will be held every fifth aiversary of September 11, The Frisco Garde Club scatters wildflower sds aually i memoriam, ad the Frisco Fire Departmet provides water. I 2018, the garde wet through a major redesig with the cocept of a hour glass as the guidig desig metaphor. The fial master pla was accepted by the Frisco Garde Club i the Sprig of PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Texas ative plats were plated o all beds with two ative gravel bads aroud the mai areas of the garde. I the sprig, Soft leave yuccas will bloom i white, while red sages ad blue grasses hoor the colors of the flag.
