2 HIKE AND BIKE TRAIL PROJECTS DOMINION AT PANTHER CREEK A revised set of Costructio Documets were submitted for review to Developmet Services at the ed of December to address all commets ad receive approval. The project will be publicly bid i Jauary oce the review process is complete. aff aticipates brigig the costructio services cotract for coucils cosideratio ad actio i February. A estimated time frame for Phase 1 to start costructio is early TRAIL LENGTH: Phase 1 = 1.15 Miles Phase 2 = 0.4 Miles Tadlock $1,415, March Ogoig This project provides for the developmet of a trail foud withi the Domiio at Pather Crk developmet ad will ultimately coect westward ito the Latera subdivisio. This trail coector will provide a likage betw ad Plao at SH121 at the West Rowlett Crk crossig. The project has also b awarded a grat that will be admiistered through the Texas Departmet of Trasportatio (TxDOT).

11 COMMUNITY PARK PROJECTS Viewig Platform at Harold Bacchus Trhouse A desig coordiatio mtig was held with the City of ad desig cosultat o the playgroud safety requiremets ad locatio of platforms. Based o fdback from this mtig the desig cosultat is workig to adjust the site pla ad provide the cotractor with a 30% set of plas for review a for iitial fdback o costructio pricig. A joit site mtig is tetatively scheduled after the 30% set is complete with the desig ad costructio team. 1.0 Acre McSpedde $1,400, PUBLIC ART BUDGET: $28, April May 2018 aff aticipates the costructio will last 6-9 moths. 12 SPECIAL PARKS AND FACILITIES NEW SENIOR CENTER The desig cosultat has submitted the 90% set of plas for review ad commet. The cosultat will work to implemet the commets for the costructio set. The project is aticipated o beig publicly bid i early ACRES N/A $11,456, (Gral Obligatio Bods & Developmet Fud) PUBLIC ART BUDGET: $90, This project will ivolve the desig ad ultimate costructio documets for the ew Seior Ceter. Costructio will cosist of early 30,000 sq ft for Seior residets. Phase oe ameities will iclude fitess rooms, craftig ad game rooms, a ballroom with kitche, walkig trails, a outdoor pavilio ad parkig.
