This past December 16, 51 people were at our Christmas party. See the report on page 2 in this newsletter. As in the past, the meal was wonderful with a menu with lots of choices, all good. With 51 people, we were again able to get the main dining room. The 50/50 raffl e collected $99 for the Salvation Army Red Kettle, and a good amount of food donations were brought for the Appleton Food Bank. Although Char Foth had volunteered to run the show, a last minute family emergency meant she had to cancel and the others had to shoot the gap. Mark Nelsen and Toby Paltzer handled the registration at the door, Bruce Kettner sold the 50/50 tickets, Deb Bramschreiber took care of bringing desserts and handling the Secret Santa gift exchange. Thanks to all, including Julie Buechner, for making it a success.
