ELIGIBILITY: The meet is pen t USA Swimming-registered swimmers f invited teams. Swimmer s age as f June 24 th 2016 determines age fr the meet. All swimmers must be under the direct supervisin f a USA Swimming registered cach. Any swimmer entered in the meet, unaccmpanied by a USA Swimming member cach, must be certified by a USA Swimming member cach as being prficient in perfrming a racing start r must start each race frm within the water. It is the respnsibility f the swimmer r swimmer s legal guardian t ensure cmpliance with this requirement. Any swimmer in attendance withut a cach present: USA Swimming athlete members must be under the direct supervisin f a USA Swimming member cach during warm up, cmpetitin and warm dwn. The Meet Directr r the Meet Referee shall assist the athlete in making arrangements fr such supervisin. OKS warm-up prcedures will be enfrced. Rules:

Entries are accepted n first cme basis and entry file is required t reserve spt in the meet. All meet entries are due by Thursday June 16 th 2016 at 11:59 pm CDT. Any entries received after this deadline will nt be accepted. Sprint Challenge: Tp Eight (8) verall times in the 50 meter Freestyle frm the Timed Finals sessin frm each gender in the 10 & Under, 11-12, 13-14, and Senir age grup will earn a spt int the final rund. Finals will swim in brackets (see page 6) with 2 swimmers per heat. Bracket will be arranged by verall times fr seeding. Sme early Age Grup bracket may be cmbined in rder t cntrl the length f the finals sessin. There will be 3 runds f 4 heats fr each gender and age grup. Officials: Officials wishing t vlunteer t fficiate at any sessin, please cntact: Meet Referee, Admin Referee Deck Entries: Deck entries will nly be accepted n the day f the event requested, and ONLY FOR SWIMMERS ALREADY ENTERED IN THE MEET. NO ADDITIONAL SWIMMERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER INITIAL ENTRY DEADLINE IS PAST. Day-fevent deck entries will be accepted at the discretin f the meet Directr and nly t fill empty lanes; The fee is duble and payable at time f entry (see abve fees). NO NEW HEATS WILL BE CREATED, AND NO EVENTS WILL BE RESEEDED. Deck entries will be accepted frm the start f warm-up until 30 minutes after the start f warm-up. This includes ANY changes frm ne event t anther during the meet. Deck entries cunt against meet entry and daily entry ttals. Entries: Each swimmer may enter a maximum f eight (8) individual events (fur n Friday and fur n Saturday). Deck entries and Scratches cunt against this limit. Any hand written r printed entries must indicate the swimmer s full name, sex, age, date f birth, USA-S registratin #, the event #, and time fr each event. All entry files must include the name f the club entry chair, phne number and cntact infrmatin. It is strngly recmmended that electrnic files be submitted. Registratin: The meet is pen t invited USA Swimming-registered swimmers. Swimmer s age as f June 24, 2016, determines age fr the meet. The Meet Directr will initiate a registratin recn reprt t the OKS Registratin Chair within 5-6 days prir t the event. The reprt will list all registratin errrs fr athletes entered in the meet. The ntificatin f errr must be crrected r recnciled befre the start f the first sessin in which they are listed t swim r the athlete will nt be allwed t swim. The Meet Referee and Meet Directr will wrk with the cperatin f the Registratin Chair t enfrce and fllw up n the swimmers nted in the registratin reprt. Frmat: Meet will be Pre-Seeded in accrdance with USA Swimming rules fr timed finals. Please submit Lng Curse seed times nly. The Cpy f such certificatin is n file with USA Swimming. Rules Regarding Use Of Cell Phnes r Cameras at OKS Sanctined Meets: The use f equipment capable f taking pictures (e.g. cameras, cell phnes, PDA s, etc.) will be banned behind the starting blcks during all meets sanctined by OKS. Use f these devices will nt be permitted behind starting blcks during warm-up r cmpetitin. USA-S Rule E states that n recrding devices, including cell phnes, can be used in lcker rms, changing areas r rest rms. Spectatrs will nt be permitted t watch the meet r take pictures/vide frm the lbby area n the Nrth end f the pl. Marshals will limit access t the area: spectatrs are required t cmply with this rule. Starting Prcedures: In additin, the Meet Referee may cmbine heats in rder t meet the time line cnstraint f 4 hurs/sessin. Meet management reserves the right t run Chase Starts n Saturday s sessin fr this meet. Timing Assignments: Timers, supplied by JTSC, will reprt 30 minutes prir t the start f each sessin. Special Message Related t Severe/Extreme Weather Events: In the event f severe weather events, a shelter and evacuatin plan will be distributed and annunced. Swimmers, caches, spectatrs and fficials are strngly discuraged frm leaving the building in the event f severe weather. Shelters will be available within the building.
