San Jose has won two out of the first three games in the series claiming victories of 5-4 on Monday and 1-0 yesterday. Stockton earned a 15-5 win on Tuesday. Tonight is the 22nd meeting of the season between the Giants and Ports. San Jose is versus Stockton this year, including a 5-5 mark at Banner Island Ballpark. DJ Myers (3-3, 5.21 ERA) is slated to make the start tonight. 1-0 Win Last night was the Giants first 1-0 win since May 28, 2017 (vs. Modesto). Dobson spent the entire 2017 season in San Jose and ranked second on the team in RBI s (68), third in home runs (15) and fifth in doubles (21). Dobson was batting.185 in 130 at-bats with Richmond this year (5 HR, 12 RBI s). He s 6-for-18 (.333 AVG) with two doubles and two RBI s in four games for San Jose this season. Major League All-Stars Two former San Jose Giants Brandon Crawford and Buster Posey were named Major League All-Stars last weekend. Crawford will start at shortstop for the National League while Posey was selected as a reserve (but will not play due to a hip injury).
