The bid pening was Tuesday, Nvember 5th at 11:00 a.m. A bid tabulatin sheet has been included t help explain the bid results regarding the prject. This prject is a result f cncrete and asphalt being dumped at the Whiting Avenue Pit. The cncrete and asphalt cmes frm lcal cnstructin prjects and frm City prjects where cncrete r asphalt is remved as part f the prject. The existing pile was last crushed in 2008 and has grwn significantly in this time. As a result, the need t crush the existing pile became apparent.
