Agreed by all present as a true and accurate recrd f the meeting SB stated that as per the previus meetings we are still awaiting news regarding the insurance query 4. Matters Arising/Crrespndence Crrespndence received frm LHA via Phil Ingall requesting 50 frm LCHUA twards the LHA Handbk, after much discussin and input frm MP apprval was granted. Appintments Secretary N reprt prvided PW will be placing games nt the website fr the new seasn. 12. ERHUA. SB Presented Reprt. N questins asked 13. Expenses SB prpsed that LCHUA Expenses rate t be increased t 27p frm 25p t reflect the recent change at ERHUA. All agreed with the prpsal, and therefre the prpsal was passed. MP asked when this wuld cme int effect

MP suggested the reintrductin f a 3-year plan. SB highlighted that this had been tried befre apprximately 7 years ag t n avail but agreed we were in a better psitin t try again Aims t fcus n the mass recruitment f Umpires/Develpers. MP Suggested LCHUA runs 2x Umpire Curses a year One in August/One in January. EB recgnised that the cnstitutin states that LCHUA shuld nly hld enugh Cash reserves t turn ver fr a seasn (Currently apprx 5k), we currently have 12k, s rm fr investment. General agreement that LCHUA shuld try t update the umpiring and try and reach/attract a larger audience EB/ED suggested the use f Scial Media EB t set up a FB Page as per current EH Guidelines/Plicies. EB cnfirmed that there are 2x L1 Umpire Curses planned. 30/09/2018 at Spalding HC 28/10/2018 at Hrncastle HC

5 These dates are currently with EH awaiting their apprval TW raised as t whether there shuld be a minimum payment fr mileage, say an Umpire that lives in Spalding t umpire Spalding. Decisin was made that due t the size f the current POOL this is nt needed at this time, hwever it culd be lked int in the future. Fr the next meeting plans/ideas t be returned fr retentin. Suggestins arund the AGM, t bring Suthward and held at the weekend with the pssibility f a high-level match, t act as a caching/learning pprtunity als 15. DONM.
