Blair Chalmers and HNSW are currently surcing suitably qualified replacements. The Assciatin will send a sent list t HNSW wh infrmed us they have a list that will then be circulated. This list is t prevent players ging frm club t club and assciatin t assciatin leaving a trail f debt. Cmpleting registratin sheet invices have been sent ut. Meeting agreed t their request. Vlunteers requested frm clubs and 2 clubs indicated they wuld have peple available. St Clares will als supply vlunteers (teachers) t help. Fd required htchips, chicken chips, pies and sausage rlls, drinks, chips and lllies. Rep Cmmittee Rep Schedule 2018 sent ut by HNSW

3 There was a suggestin that the rep teams be given a name such as the Manning Vikings maybe a cmpetitin t cme up with a suitable name. This will be sent t the Bard fr discussin n hw best t prceed. Under 18s have had ne trial and the secnd is this Friday night. Selectrs have been in attendance. Attendance has been excellent, and exemptins have been wrking well. Accmmdatin fr all Rep Teams has been dne. Ben Hanln t be apprached t see if he will still cach the Under 18 Girls Rep Team. Tny emphasised the need fr a MVHA primary registered player t attend MVHA trials and NOT be selected t represent MVHA BEFORE playing fr anther assciatin. HNSW will plice this plicy. Open Men s and Wmen s trials will be in tw weeks time. Junir Develpment Cmmittee: Ni Senir Match Cmmittee: Chair elect Narelle Salmn and minutes secretary Linda Fergusn, althugh Linda requested help if the amunt f s became verwhelming. Michelle Cllier will remain Wmen s registrar, unsure f wh will be Men s registrar. The Match Cmmittee be given a directive that a. Thursday Nights Men s cmp b. Friday Night Wmen s Cmp plus Futsal be allcated TLF if they apply t use a turf field fr Winter. c. Saturday Wmen s and Mens Cmpetitins d. Junirs Sat Mrning +/- ability t play under lights n Tues, Wed and Friday e. Maybe U18 s Tuesday night f. Matches against Prt t be set dwn fr a Saturday afternn. g. Sundays (all day) available fr catch-up/ extra runds/ etc Grand Finals Day lk at playing all grand finals n the ne day. Junir Match Cmmittee: Discussin tk place n the best way that the junir cmpetitin shuld be structured. s indicate their junir teams that they may enter in the 2018 Cmpetitin. There wuld be nly n single sex team. Meeting nted the sme players wuld nt play in a mixed cmp and thers a single sex cmp. As the 3 rd turf is nt yet peratinal, we are seeking apprval t train n the TLF if it is available. We understand the TLF is t be utilised n a Wednesday fr Futsal, hwever it has been bserved that this

4 turf has nt been used fr the past three weeks. If the TLF is vacant again this week, Chatham are asking permissin t use the field fr ur training sessin. Nigel questined strage space at the clubhuse. Deb discussed maybe strage space fr keepers gear at ld pr shp. Taree West Hckey Tigers Senir Playing Rules need t nminate 2 umpires where Junir Playing rules qute an accredited umpire. The rules als state 3x20 minute perids fr a match. Meeting agreed that nminatins be called fr persns interested in lking at revamping the rules. Twn Wingham Presented a jint submissin with Sharks HC t nminate a cmbined 1 st Divisin team. They were requested t make a written submissin that will be cnsidered at a Special Meeting. General Business (frm the flr): Canteen Rster LT gave the meeting a draft f the Canteen Rster fr Lt stressed the need fr peple with their RSA t cme frward t help cver the shrtages.
