NATIONAL RANKINGS: Hofstra enters the Drexel game ranked eighth in both the USILA Division I Coaches Poll and in the Nike/Inside Lacrosse Division I Media Poll, as of March 29. Tierney served as an assistant coach at Hofstra from 1995 through 2000 before leaving for a similar position at his alma mater Johns Hopkins University. During his six-year tenure with the Pride, Hofstra recorded six consecutive winning seasons with a combined overall record of and a conference mark of 29-2, captured five league titles, received five top 15 final national rankings, and played in four NCAA Championship tournaments. Tierney also coached seven All-Americans and nearly twodozen all-conference players during his first tenure at Hofstra. Among them was midfielder Doug Shanahan, who would receive the inaugural Tewaaraton Trophy as College Lacrosse Player of the Year, the Lt. Ray Enners Award as the Division I Player of the Year, and the Lt. Donald McLaughlin Award as the Division I Midfielder of the Year in The 2008 season saw Hofstra make a return to the NCAA Tournament after a one-year hiatus. The team posted a 10-6 record and captured the CAA title in a thrilling overtime victory

2 over Drexel. Leading scorer Anthony Muscarella was named an honorable mention All-American, while Kevin Unterstein was the CAA Defensive Player of the Year and Jay Card earned CAA Rookie of the Year accolades. In addition, seven players received All-CAA honors and the Unterstein brothers, Kevin and Michael, were named North-South Game All-Stars and were both selected in the Major League Lacrosse Draft. In his first year at the helm of the Hofstra program, Tierney took over a team that returned one starter from 2006 s NCAA Quarterfinal squad and led them to a 6-8 record that saw seven losses decided by one goal. The team qualified for the CAA Championship, saw one of its star players Kevin Unterstein earn honorable mention All-America honors and had seven players named to All-CAA teams, including three All-Rookie selections. Tierney returned to Hofstra after a six-year tenure at John Hopkins, with the final two seasons as associate head coach. As the Blue Jays offensive coordinator, he was the architect of one of the most potent and explosive offenses in the nation in recent years. Tierney directed the Blue Jays attack that finished second in the nation in scoring margin, sixth in scoring offense and 16th in man-up offense during Hopkins' NCAA title run in The Blue Jays led the nation in scoring offense and man-up offense in 2003 and finished fifth in both categories in In Tierney s final season at Hopkins the Blue Jays posted a 9-5 record, advanced to the NCAA Championship quarterfinals, and ranked in the top 15 in the country in four statistical categories. With an emphasis on a balanced attack that puts pressure on the opposition at every position, individual awards have been plentiful at Hopkins. A total of 21 Blue Jay midfielders and attackmen earned All-America honors during Tierney's tenure in Homewood. Among them was Kyle Harrison, a two-time first team All-America, who received the Tewaaraton Trophy and the Lt. Enners Award in 2005 and the McLaughlin Award in 2004 and Tierney played for the Blue Jays from 1988 through 1991 and served as team captain as a senior. He helped lead Hopkins to the NCAA Tournament in each of his four seasons, including an appearance in the 1989 NCAA title game. He received Hopkins' Turnbull-Reynolds Award as a senior as the player most exemplifying leadership and sportsmanship. Tierney was also selected to play in the North-South game as a senior. After graduating from Johns Hopkins, Tierney continued his playing career by playing three seasons of indoor lacrosse for the New York Saints before serving as an assistant coach for the Saints for two seasons. Amplo served as an assistant for two seasons under John Danowski in 2000 and 2001 before leaving to serve as an assistant at Pennsylvania. He returned to Hofstra in 2003 and was named Associate Head Coach in Former Johns Hopkins standout Matt Rewkowski is in his fourth season on the Pride coaching staff. A member of the Blue Jays national championship team in 2005, he was an All- America selection in Rewkowski, who played his first two years at Duke, was an All-America pick as a sophomore in Durham. - Sean Smith, who returned to the Pride in 2008 after one season away from the program, is in his 12th season on the Hofstra lacrosse staff. After opening the year with an 11-8 loss to top-ranked Virginia, the Dragons rattled off six consecutive victories before Villanova stopped the run on March 24. Drexel rebounded with a victory over then-eighth-ranked Lafayette on March 28. Drexel is led by junior attackman Scott Perri, who has tallied 16 goals and 14 assists in nine games. Senior linemate Colin Ambler has added 12 goals and 15 assists while freshman Robert Church has posted a team-high 17 goals and three assists. 3 HOFSTRA-DREXEL SERIES - Saturday s game is the 23rd men s lacrosse meeting between Hofstra and Drexel in a series that started in Hofstra leads the series, The Pride defeated the Dragon, 12-7, on April 8, 2009 at Shuart Stadium on Long Island in the last meeting between the two teams. - The two teams met twice in 2008, both times in Philadelphia. The Dragons won the first meeting in March, 9-8 but the Pride posted a 10-9 overtime victory over Drexel in May in the CAA Championship Game. The Pride, who won their sixth consecutive game, improve to 8-1 overall and 4-0 in the CAA. Drexel falls to 4-7 on the year and 0-3 in conference action. Dooley, an attackman, tallied a season-high four goals to boost his season total to nine and his career total to 99. Muscarella, a midfielder, posted his season-high with four points and equaled his season-best of three goals set in a victory over #2 Princeton earlier in the season. Card, an attackman, posted his fifth hat-trick of the season and has tallied eight goals and three assists in his last two games. Hofstra freshman goalie Andrew Gvozden made 11 saves, including five in the fourth quarter to record his sixth win of the year in seven outings. The Dragons of Drexel were led by red-shirt freshman Kyle Bergman with four goals, senior middie Joe Wojciechowski with three assists and junior attackman Colin Ambler with two assists. Freshman goalie Mark Manos recorded 14 saves in the Drexel cage. Yorktown, notched his second almost three minutes later from five yards out to the left of Manos. Dooley scored the natural hat-trick with 7:55 to play on a perfect feed from behind the cage from Jay Card to the front of the crease. Junior attackman Sean Lucas boosted the Hofstra lead to 4-0 at the 6:22 mark with his first career goal on a turn-around shot from seven yards out. But the Dragons came roaring back with four straight goals as Bergman put Drexel on the board with 30 seconds to play in the period with his 12 th of the season from 11 yards out off a pass from Ambler. The Dragons took advantage of a three minute illegal stick penalty on Hofstra to score twice on the man-up as Bergman notched his second of the game just 16 seconds into the second from eight yards. Kevin Stockel closed the deficit to 4-3 just 86 seconds later on a bullet from 12 yards after a pass from Ambler. Senior Brian Neary tied the game at 4-all with 5:37 to play in the half on a bullet from 13 yards out off a pass from Jon Van Houten to close out the first half scoring. Hofstra broke the tie 2:18 into the third quarter as Michael Colleluori fed Jay Card on the crease for the sophomore s 20 th goal of the year and a 5-4 lead. Muscarella boosted the lead to 6-4 with his 11 th goal of the year on a runner that was fired just under the cross bar at the 10:17 mark. But Bergman scored his third of the game for Drexel on a dunk shot off a great feed across the crease pass from Wojciechowski with 8:54 to play in the third. Almost three minutes later Muscarella boosted the lead to 7-5 on a bullet from seven yards. Bergman notched his fourth of the game, on the man-up, with four minutes to play to cut the deficit to 7-6. But Hofstra responded with four unanswered goals, as Card tallied back-to-back goals-his second and third of the conteston an unassisted tally with 45 seconds to play in the third and a diving goal almost two minutes into the fourth quarter, Muscarella notched his third of the game, on the man-up with 9:59 to play, and Dooley notched his fourth of the game two minutes later from Dan Stein to boost the lead to Greg Casey ended the Hofstra run with his 12 th goal of the year with 6:41 to play to close the Drexel deficit to But Hofstra sophomore middie Stephen Bentz closed out the scoring a minute later with his third goal of the year from Ryan Carter. HOFSTRA AGAINST NUMBERS 11 THROUGH 20: Following the Pride s loss at #18 UMass on March 27, Hofstra is now in their last 33 games against teams ranked from 11 through 20. Since 2003, the Pride is against teams #11 through 20. Hofstra is 1-1 in 2010 and was 2-0 in 2009, 1-0 in 2010, 2-3 in 2008, 1-4 in 2007, 7-0 in 2006, 4-3 in 2005, 0-5 in 2004 and 3-3 in STRONG ON THE FACE-OFFS: After several seasons of struggling on face-offs, the Pride, behind freshman John Antoniades, has changed their fortunes this season. Hofstra has posted a record (.578) on face-offs with Antoniades

6 winning 96 of 165 (.582) of his attempts through seven games. He won 12 of 20 face-offs against Army. ATTACKMAN JAMIE LINCOLN: Junior Jamie Lincoln, a 2010 Tewaaraton Award Watch List selection, leads the nation in points per game for the second straight week with a 5.33 average prior to the Army game. He added three goals against the Black Knights of Army. -Lincoln, who tallied 48 goals and four assists as a freshman at Denver in 2008, leads the Hofstra team in scoring with 21 goals and 14 assists in He tallied four goals and a career-high four assists in the Pride s 13-4 win at St. John s. He added one goal and one assist at UMass on March He now has 16 goals and 11 assists in his last five games. - Lincoln added three goals and three assists against Sacred Heart. - Lincoln was named the CAA Player of the Week for the second time this season and the Nike/Inside Lacrosse Player of the Week after recording a career-high eight points on five goals and three assists in leading the Pride to victory over Johns Hopkins on March 13. The St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada native netted two in the first half and three in the second half to top his previous Hofstra best of four set against Princeton on February 27. While his three assists in the contest were a career single-game best for Lincoln, the five goals are one off of tying his career-best of six set at Denver against Quinnipiac in Lincoln, who posted four goals and one assist in his Hofstra debut at Princeton on February 27 and was named the CAA Player of the Week. - He tallied one goal and two assists in the Pride s win over Brown. ATTACKMAN JAY CARD: Junior attackman Jay Card, who returned to the lineup after missing last Saturday s game at Massachusetts with an ankle injury, tied his career-high with five goals and set a career-best with eight points against Army. - Card has 16 goals and 12 assists with 17 ground balls in six games this season. - He has also tallied a hat-trick in 14 of his last 29 contests - Card now has 13 goals and 10 assists in his last four games. - He has tallied at least one point in 21 straight games, as well as in his last 34 regular season games (including CAA tournament contests). - Card went over the 100-point mark in his career against Sacred Heart on March 20. Through 37 career games, he has tallied 78 goals and 33 assists. - He recorded four goals and three assists against Sacred Heart on March Card scored two goals on March 23 at St. John s. - He recorded two goals and a career-best four assists against Johns Hopkins on March 13. His previous best assist total was two, set several times the last being on Feb. 27 at Princeton. - Card, the 2009 CAA Player of the Year and the 2008 CAA Rookie of the Year, was named to the 2010 Tewaaraton Trophy Watch List earlier this season. - Card tallied two goals, two assists and had three ground balls at Princeton in the 2010 season opener, and had one goal against Brown on March 6. - He had 35 goals and nine assists in 15 games last year. He has seven game-winning goals to bring his career total to 10. He posted seven saves in the middle two periods to help the Pride build a 7-1 lead six minutes into the third quarter. HOFSTRA TO RESCHEDULE THE HONORING OF THREE CAA SILVER ANNIVERSARY SELECTIONS: Due to the rainstorm that swept through the metropolitan area on March 13, the honoring of three Hofstra alumni who were selected to the Colonial Athletic Association 25th Anniversary Men's Lacrosse Team at halftime of the Johns Hopkins game was postponed. Lacrosse alumni Tom Kessler (Hicksville, NY), Nicky Polanco (Oceanside, NY) and Chris Unterstein (Shoreham, NY) will be recognized for being selected to the CAA honorary team on April 24. Kessler was a four-year letterman on attack for the Pride from 1999 through the 2002 season. A two-time USILA All- American, earning second team honors as a senior in 2002 and third team accolades as a junior in 2001, Kessler holds the Hofstra record for goals in a career with 140. The three-time, first team all-conference selection-twice in the America East Conference and once in the CAA-tallied 207 career points, which ranks third on the Pride points list. As a junior, he recorded 51 goals and added 23 assists for a career-best 74 points. A year earlier, Kessler posted 48 goals and 13 assists. A three-time NCAA Championship participant, he closed out his career in 2002 with 28 goals and team-highs of 21 assists and 49 points. Nicky Polanco was a two-year letterman on defense for the Pride in 2001 and A two-time National Junior College All- American as well as Player of the Year at Nassau Community College, Polanco earned USILA All-America honorable mention honors as a Hofstra junior and All-American first team honors as a senior in After recording a goal, three assists, 70 ground balls and earning second team allconference honors in 2001, he tallied two goals, three assists, 73 ground balls and was named both the CAA Defensive Player of the Year and the CAA Player of the Year in He was also selected to the United States World Teams in 2002 and Chris Unterstein, the oldest of three brothers to go through Hofstra, was a four-year letterman on attack for the Pride from 2003 through He was named a USILA All-American first team selection as a senior after recording a CAA-record 81 points on 45 goals and 36 assists. A three-time All-CAA selection who earned first team honors in 2004 and 2006, Unterstein was also named the CAA Player of the Year and played in the North-South Senior All-Star Game as a senior. OH, CANADA: For the first time in Hofstra Lacrosse history, the Pride are sporting more than two Canadians- four to be exact-on the roster. Jay Card (Caledon, Ontario), Jamie Lincoln (St. Catharines, Ontario), Adrian Sorichetti (Whitby, Ontario), and Michael Burke (Caledon, Ontario) are the Pride members from north of the border. In 1989, senior Jon Cooper and his freshman brother Chris Cooper (Prince George, British Columbia) played for the Pride. In 2006, Coquitlam, British Columbia native Athan Iannucci scored a school-record 62 goals during the Pride s 17-2 season HOFSTRA CAPTAINS: Pride seniors Tom Interlicchio and Adam Swarsen, and junior Steven DeNapoli have been named 2010 Hofstra tri-captains. Interlicchio (Yorktown, NY), who is in his fourth season, has played in 46 games for the Pride and has tallied 24 goals and eight assists during his career. The midfielder, who has been moved to a short-stick defensive middie position this season, was named to the CAA All-Rookie Team as a freshman in The former high school All-American tallied a career-best 14 goals and three assists in 2007, Swarsen (Denver, CO), who is a fifth-year senior, has played in 37 games during his Hofstra career including all 15 last season. A 2007 All-CAA second team selection, Swarsen, a defenseman who may also see time as a long-stick midfielder, will be starting his third year as a Pride team captain. Last year, he recorded 35 ground balls, three short of his single season best of 38 set in DeNapoli (Hewlett, NY), who is in his third season with the Pride, has played in all 32 games since his arrival at Hofstra. An All-CAA second team selection and a member of the CAA All-Tournament team in 2009, DeNapoli, a midfielder, led the team and was 33rd in the nation in ground ball average (4.2 gbpg). The 2008 CAA All-Rookie team selection also recorded four goals and four assists last year. PRIDE PICKED TO WIN THE CAA IN 2010: Hofstra, which finished last season with an unblemished league mark of 6-0, is picked to win the 2010 CAA Men s Lacrosse Championship according to a vote conducted by all six league coaches. The Pride, which picked up five of the possible six first-place votes, edged out second-place Massachusetts in the poll. The Minutemen, along with Penn State, will be CAA Men s Lacrosse newcomers following a league realignment prior to the 2010 season. Hofstra, ranked No. 10 in the Inside Lacrosse/Faceoff Yearbook preseason poll and picked as the league favorites in the same publication, finished four points in front of CAAnewcomer Massachusetts. Men's lacrosse has been a championship sport in the CAA since Former member Loyola won the first CAA championship in 2002 before Towson reeled off three consecutive titles from Hofstra claimed the CAA crown in 2006 and 2008, while Delaware took home the league title in 2007 and Villanova won the championship in The conference has had multiple teams selected to participate in the NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championship in four of the past eight years. Delaware advanced to the Final Four of the NCAA Championship in 2007 after knocking off 2 nd -seeded Virginia and UMBC. 13 * - CAA Title Game SEASON OPENERS: Hofstra is in opening games in its history. During the past 10 years including 2010, the Pride is 3-7 in season openers. Under Seth Tierney, the Pride is 2-2 in the four season openers. ON THE WALL OF MARGIOTTA HALL: During halftime ceremonies of the North Carolina game on April 18, 2009, Hofstra Athletics retired the jersey numbers of two all-time lacrosse greats, Doug Shanahan and Jerry Simandl. They are the first two Pride lacrosse players to have their numbers retired and jersey numbers are displayed on the wall of Margiotta Hall in the south end zone of James M. Shuart Stadium. In an effort to acknowledge the outstanding accomplishments of numerous former student-athletes during the University's nearly 75 years of existence, Hofstra University announced last summer that a group of 20 former Pride athletes would have their jersey numbers retired. "The honoring of these 20 former student-athletes is a celebration of the outstanding history of Hofstra Athletics," commented Hofstra University Director of Athletics Jack Hayes. Simandl (#10) lettered in lacrosse at Hofstra from 1952 through 1955 under legendary coach Howard Howdy Myers. He earned All-America second team honors as a senior in 1955 after leading the nation in scoring with 102 points and assists with 58 while placing second with 44 goals. He was also an allconference Laurie Cox Division selection as a senior and was named to the USILA North-South Senior All-Star Game. Singled out as one of the top ten players that he ever coached by Myers, Simandl still holds the Hofstra records for most points and most assists in a single season, most assists and points in a career, and is third in goals scored in a career in Pride history. He finished his Hofstra career with 119 goals and 119 assists for 238 points. All four of his Hofstra teams were nationally-ranked, including the 1955 team that was ranked third. Shanahan (#26), who played at Hofstra from 1998 through 2001, was a two-sport All-American athlete in both football and lacrosse. While a standout as a defensive back in football and leading the Pride in interceptions as a junior and senior, he excelled in lacrosse over his four year career at Hofstra. As Hofstra s most honored lacrosse player, Shanahan was a three-time All-America selection earning honorable mention in 1999, second team honors in 2000, and first team accolades as a senior. In addition to his first team honors in 2001, he also earned: the Lt. Donald McLaughlin Award from the USILA as Division I Midfielder of the Year; the Lt. Ray Enners Award as USILA Division I Player of the Year; and the inaugural Tewaaraton Trophy as college lacrosse s Player of the Year. Shanahan also earned All-America East honors four times, picking up first team honors as a freshman, as well as Rookie of the Year honors in 1998, as a sophomore in 1999 and as a senior in 2001 when he was also voted Most Valuable Player honors. He was named to the 2001 USILA North-South Senior All-Star Game where he captured the Most Valuable Player award. During his Hofstra career, he tallied 95 goals and 44 assists for 139 points, a school-record 450 ground balls while winning 528 of 868 face-offs for a.608 winning percentage. In 2002 Shanahan was named to the United States National Team for the ILF World Championships and earned the ILF s Most Valuable Player Award. REMEMBERING NICK: On November , the Hofstra University family lost a beloved member of the community with the passing of men s lacrosse player Nicholas Colleluori. His 14-month battle with non-hodgkins lymphoma was a study in courage, dignity and the relentless attitude that he brought to everything he did. 15 2010 HOFSTRA GAME SUMMARIES GAME 1 - FEBRUARY 27 AT #9 PRINCETON: Hofstra junior Jamie Lincoln recorded four goals and one assist in his debut and sophomore Mike DeNapoli added three goals and one assist but the Tigers outscored the Pride, 8-4 over the last 23 minutes to post a victory at the Class of 1952 Stadium in the season opener for both teams Saturday. Lincoln, the transfer from the University of Denver, tallied two goals in each half while DeNapoli tallied all three of his goals in the first half. Juniors Stephen Bentz and Jay Card each recorded two goals and two assists while newcomer Adrian Sorichetti posted a goal and two assists for the Pride. Hofstra split the netminding duty on Saturday with sophomore Andrew Gvozden playing the first half, making seven saves and allowing nine goals while freshman Rob Bellairs played the final two quarters, making two saves and allowing eight goals. Princeton was led by junior Chris McBride with four goals, freshman Jeff Froccaro with three second half goals, junior Jack McBride with two goals and one assist and senior Rob Engelke with one goal and four assists which recorded the first victory for new coach Chris Bates. The Pride got off to a slow start, trailing 3-0 after the first 3:07 on goals by Chris McBride, Mike Chanenchuk and Jack McBride. But sophomore Mike DeNapoli notched his first career goal at the 10:17 mark, and Lincoln tallied his first Pride goal 3:19 into the second to close the deficit to 3-2. After Princeton's Tyler Moni and DeNapoli exchanged goals over the next three minutes, the cousins McBride-Chris and Jack-and sophomore Mike Grossman tallied goals to build a 7-3 advantage with 5:18 to play. Hofstra regrouped and went on a 4-0 run over the next 2:21 to tie the game at 7-all. Bentz started the run off a perfect pass from defender Mike Skudin at the 5:18 mark. Forty seconds later, Lincoln scored a man-up goal off a pass from Sorichetti. DeNapoli tallied his third of the game, off a pass from behind from Sorichetti, at the 3:24 mark, and Bentz notched his second, off a turnover, nine seconds later to tie the game. But Tiger senior Scott MacKenzie and sophomore Peter Smythe scored seven seconds apart in the final 30 seconds of the half to take a 9-7 lead at the intermission. The Pride came out in the second half and took the lead with three unanswered goals within 90 seconds. Card notched his first off a rebound at the 11:36 mark, and Lincoln added another unassisted goal off a loose ball 30 seconds later to tie the game at 9-9. Senior Dan Stein gave the Pride their only lead of the game at 10-9 at the 10:06 mark off a perfect pass from DeNapoli. Princeton came right back and scored the next three goals as Chris McBride, Froccaro and Moni dented the twine to give the Tigers a lead heading into the fourth quarter. Sorichetti cut the deficit to one with an extra-man goal off a pass from Card just 1:27 into the final stanza. The Pride took nine shots on Brown goalie Matt Chriss with the junior making eight of his 13 saves in the contest in the first quarter. The Pride found the target in the second quarter, scoring six times to take a 6-3 lead at the intermission. Just 12 seconds into the second quarter Stephen DeNapoli scored right off the face-off to tie the game at 1-1. Less than 90 seconds later, senior Danny Stein found Bentz coming around the back of the cage for his third goal of the season and a 2-1 advantage. Muldoon tied the game from five yards out on a perfect pass across the crease from Seligmann. Senior Steven Boyle led Johns Hopkins with two goals and one assist while senior Tom Duerr added two goals for the Blue Jays which fell to 4-2 on the year. The Pride got on the board first as sophomore Mike DeNapoli took a feed from Loizeaux and beat Blue Jays goalie Michael Gvozden 4:30 into the contest. It was DeNapoli s sixth goal of the season. The Blue Jays tied the contest just 55 seconds later as Tom Duerr fired a bullet on the run past Pride goalie Rob Bellairs (7 saves). 18 GAME 6 - MARCH 27 AT #18 MASSACHUSETTS: Kevin Ford scored three goals and one assist in his 2010 debut but a late Hofstra rally fell short as 18 th - ranked Massachusetts downed the sixthranked Pride, 11-9, in a CAA game at Richard Garber Field Saturday afternoon. Hofstra, which had its four-game winning streak stopped, are 4-2 on the season and 0-1 in the CAA while UMass, which won its third straight game, improved to 6-2 overall and 1-0 in conference action. Ford, a sophomore attackman, missed the preseason and the first five games with a broken foot but tied for game-high honors with three goals and four points. Hofstra junior Stephen Bentz and sophomore Brad Loizeaux each added two goals and one assist. UMass was led by sophomore Art Kell with three goals and one assist, classmate Anthony Biscardi added two goals and one assist and freshman Will Manny added a goal and three assists. Sophomore goalie Tim McCormack made 12 saves in the Minutemen goal. The two teams split the first four goals with junior Ryan Hantverk and Kell scoring for UMass and Loizeaux and Bentz scoring for the Pride to end the first quarter tied at 2-2. But the Minutemen erupted in the second quarter, scoring four in the second and a fifth 1:05 into the third quarter to take a 7-2 lead. UMass senior Bobby Hayes started the run with 6:35 to play in the half with his 14 th goal of the year from Manny. Biuscardi notched his 12 th of the year 31 seconds later for a 4-2 advantage. The Pride came out of a timeout inspired and scored three goals in 70 second with Mike DeNapoli scoring his eighth, Loizeaux notching his second of the game and seventh of the year and Ford scoring a man-up goal, from junior Jamie Lincoln (1 goal, 1 assist) to close to 10-7 with 1:40 to play in the third quarter. The momentum had shifted but Manny took some wind out of the sails with his 14 th goal of the year, on an off-speed bounce shot with one second remaining in the third. Hofstra came out in the fourth quarter and closed to 11-9 on goals by Lincoln with 10:02 to play and Ford with 3:12 to play. But UMass, which killed the clock most of the fourth quarter, was able to stop the Pride in the last few minutes with McCormack making six of his 12 saves in the fourth quarter.
