3 GENERAL REGLEMENTATION COMMITMENT Entries will be made by extranet n later than midnight May 19, Registratin fee: 15 (see methd n Registratin will be effective upn receipt f payment. Fr judkas registered but absent (extranet file f May 19th), the amunt f registratin will be cashed. Number f entries limited t 400 Online registratin is mandatry n the event website SPORTS REGULATIONS The sprts regulatins are in cnfrmity with the rules in frce f the Jud French Federatin (FFJDA). LICENSE AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATE Fr French peple The cntestant must present tw (2) FFJDA License stamps The cntestant presents a medical certificate attesting that there are n cntra-indicatins t the practice f Jud in cmpetitin fr the seasn 2017/2018. Fr freigners peple the signatry certifies that he is dismissed frm the natinal federatin f his rigin cuntry, insured and in pssessin f a medical certificate attesting that there are n cntra-indicatins t the practice f jud in cmpetitin fr The seasn 2017/2018. The rganizer may refuse a candidate during the passprt and weigh-up checks if he des nt present the requested dcuments and will nt be reimbursed fr his registratin. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS Fighters must have at least tw years f licenses and be at least Green Belt hlders n the day f the cmpetitin. Each judka cmpetes in its age categry, determined by its year f birth. Cmbatants with dual natinality may represent nly ne cuntry. Fighters wh have participated in an fficial IFJ internatinal cmpetitin (excluding Masters) during the tw previus seasns will nt be able t participate. White judgis shuld be regulated. The first called fighter will wear a persnal red belt.

5 COMPETITION FORMULA Frm 4 t 5 fighters: chickens 6 fighters: 2 pls f 3, the first tw qualified fr the semi-finals 7 fighters: 1 pl f 4 and 1 pl f 3, the first tw qualified fr the semi-finals 8 r mre fighters: duble-draft table Fr 1, 2 r 3 athletes: the rganizatin reserves the right t make cherent grupings f age and / r weight categries, favring thse by the clsest age grup Cnsideratin f the "Ranking List" Anti-dping cntrl pssible. AWARDS AND MEDALS Awards fr the pdium in each categry: The first 4 in the framewrk f the tables (1st, 2nd and tw 3rd), starting frm 6 fighters, The first 3 in chickens (1st, 2nd and 3rd), between 2 and 5 fighters. The 4th f a grup is nt cnsidered t be 3rd ex-aequ. Fr the French peple The results can be taken int accunt when establishing a ranking at natinal level, established by the varius French rganizers (Turnament Label A). Fr mre infrmatin: GRADE/CHAMPIONSHIP RELATION The grade-champinship relatin will be applied, in accrdance with federal fficial texts (see "Rules f Leisure Cmpetitins"). Fr Jud Cmmittee fighters, the pints may be marked n the spt, in agreement with the Reginal Organizing Cmmittee f the Degrees (CORG). Fr French cmbattants frm ther leagues and cmmittees, the Reginal Organizers f Grades (CORG) will mve clser t the FFJDA site, t extract the results tables fr the validatin f pints. Fr freigners, the fficials Organizing Cmmittee f the Degrees f the cuntries cncerned will apprach the site f the FFJDA, t extract the tables f results and validate the pints, if their federatin authrized it.

6 WEIGHINGS AND CHECKS Reminder: n registratin r weighing n D-Day! Weigh-in and check-in will take place n Friday 25 May 2018 between 18:00 and 21:00 at the venue: Gymnasium PIOT 344 Avenue Rhin Danube, Vitrlles. A secnd weighing site may be prpsed depending n the number f participants and the place f accmmdatin. It will be imperative t respect the slts f the weighing. N weight tlerance An fficial weigh-in f judkas drawn at randm will take place the mrning befre the first cmpetitin matches. The weight f the athlete cannt be mre than 5% (withut judgi) than the limit f the fficial maximum weight f the categry. Example: -73 kg shall nt exceed 76,650 kg ACCREDITATIONS, Accmpanying persn Each cmpetitr will be given an accreditatin at the time f the weigh-in, the day befre the cmpetitin. Accreditatin will be required during the cmpetitin, t enter the warm-up zne r, at the call f the cmpetitr's name, t the cmpetitin zne. Only ne cach will be allwed per athlete in the cmpetitin area, he will shw up with the athlete and leave the cmpetitin area with the athlete at the end f the but. A single cach badge will be sent t the club representative fr 5 athletes, against the payment f a 5 refundable depsit at the end f the cmpetitin. N Cach in kimn. Crrect utfit required.
