2 PRESENTATION: The Madrid Swimming Federatin (FMN) is pleased t present yu the new MADRID DIVING OPEN JUNIOR Cmpetitin t be held frm January18 th, 19 th, 20 th, This cmpetitin, published in the calendar f the LEN, will be perfrmed in ne f the mst traditinal facilities n the Eurpean Cntinent, the M-86 Aquatic Centre in Madrid, that hused the Wrld Champinships in 1986 and still huses fr 25 years the FINA Diving Grand Prix, As well as many ther imprtant events. MADRID DIVING OPEN JUNIOR aims t becme a benchmark cmpetitin with the Age Grup Divers. Tgether with t the cnditins that this facility has fr the cmpetitin, as well as the rganizatinal capacity f the FMN, accustmed t hld events f high level, the city f Madrid ffers great turist attractins, an unbeatable htel ffer and excellent transprts cnnectins. Thse teams that will decide t participate have a direct and ecnmic transprt frm the airprt and accmmdatin in htels very clse t the M-86 Aquatic Centre. 4 10 meters platfrm 1. ORGANIZATION COMITEE The rganizing cmmittee fr the champinship is Madrilenian Swimming Federatin (FMN) that will create an rganizing cmmittee (LOC). 2. CATEGORIES Categry A : ( ) Categry B : ( ) Categry C : ( ) 3. PARTICIPATION Participatin will be pen t all divers with license in frce fr this seasn, belnging t Madrilenian federated clubs and t diving schls dependent n the FMN, as well as any natinal r freign divers with a current license. Certificate fr nn-madrilenian divers (Mdel 1): Tgether with the inscriptin, nn-madrilenian clubs must send a certificate f their federatin, certifying that they have medical insurance fr the current seasn, as well as having a territrial license as a diver. 4. REGISTRATION Registratin will be made n later than Thursday 3th January The diving sheets will be handled thrugh the Diverecrder prgram; Yu may have access thrugh the web page: ( and dwnlad the prgram fr filling the diving sheets, and then yu may send the file, and the nminal relatin (Mdel 2) t the fllwing char.lpez@fmn.es, within the established perid. On Thursday 16th February, befre the cmpetitin, dive sheets fr the first sessin will be signed, at the head ffice f the Madrilenian Swimming Federatin n later than20: COMPETITION EXPENSES FOR NON MADRILENIAN-TEAMS Independent divers will nt be admitted. All participating teams must manage their license thrugh a swimming club r federatin. 4

5 Participating teams that d nt belng t the FMN, must prvide alng with the registratin, a current accunt number f their club, where the charge crrespnding t their participatin will be made. The registratin f nn-fmn divers, will cst 20 fr each individual inscriptin, and 15 per diver and event, withut any deductins fr injures r nt presented divers, all the inscriptins will be charged. 6. COMPETITION RULES The rules f the cmpetitin will be cnducted in accrdance t FINA Rules and Regulatins. Categries and year birth: A, B and C will be in accrdance t FINA Rules Year Birth: - Categry A : Categry B : Categry C : Divers will be able t participate nly in his crrespnding categry r in a higher age grup, but it isn t allwed t dive in mre than ne age grup.
