3 Reds on the RISE...it s Golden Rule DECEMBER!! This month s key to success is to Practice the Golden Rule in ALL that we Do!! Mary Kay based the foundation of her company OUR COMPANY TODAY on this principle and it s our honor, responsibility and privilege to carry that on. What are some ways? First know, none of us are perfect ESPECIALLY ME there are some things we can do to be our best, learn our best, give our best when it comes to the Golden Rule. When you don t know what to do in a situation ask yourself how would I feel if I were in the other person s shoes? the customer, the Ind. Beauty Consultant, the prospective team member, the hostess, even the woman that said no or not now. How would I feel? Then do what you would want someone to do for you. Another way? Mary Kay said don t focus on what you can GET, but what you can GIVE. YES, it s true that OUR GOALS our family s hopes & dreams which come to pass by taking ACTION to reach our GOALS that DOES give us the COURAGE to step outside of our comfort zones, which is exactly the way God designed us!! Our goals give us GUTS, but we then step out in those GUTS in that COURAGE to see what we can GIVE without a thought of what will she think of me will she say no how much will she buy will she say yes to the opportunity or think I m foolish? We live in the golden rule by living to GIVE not living to GET. So think, maybe she needs ME. Maybe she needs MARY KAY. Maybe she needs CONFIDENCE. Maybe she needs POSITIVITY. Take the dollar signs out of our eyes and go out to give! Remember as Mary Kay believed: All you send into the lives of others comes back into your own tenfold...and you can t outgive God. Once she tried to and He just wouldn t let her. If you don t know what I m talking about, read her autobiography Miracles Happen that came in your MK starter kit! And I d encourage you to order 0 copies ASAP this month to give out to people who need them. We can also make sure we work enough this month to give to a cause that s important to us is it the Angel Tree? Is it the MKACF? Is it Red Cross? Is it Because we Care Ministries to build homes in Nicaragua? Mickie & I love to do something a little extra every Christmas & buy goats or chickens or sheep for families through World Vision. You d be surprised how many farm animals a hundred or a couple of hundred dollars provides. What if you dedicated the profits of one party this month to a special Christmas cause & sat down with your husband and kids and hit the send button on that gift? Priceless. Again, I m the most imperfect of us all but if each of us can find just one way to be the hands and feet of Jesus this season what a difference we ll make TOGETHER let s Make it a Golden Rule December that Mary Kay would be PROUD of, Family!!! And, as you re making your OWN DREAMS come true this month, remember these exciting opportunities from Mary Kay & your SOAR Leadership Team to support you in realizing those DREAMS... CONTEST COUNT! 2. EARN THE GOLDEN RULE EARRINGS YOUR DECEMBER KEY WRAP UP THE AND THEN SOME CONSISTENCY CONTEST FROM JULY -DEC 3...OR FROM THE MONTH YOU BEGAN IF YOU SAID YES TO MK AFTER JULY!
