What an honor to be your Director. I am truly blessed to have each of you in my Mary Kay life. Our goal for 2013/2014: 2 new Directors 2 new Car Drivers Build our Unit to 200 consultants 65 Stars 10 new Red Jackets I think of you each day whether we have met or not. I pray each night for you and for you to be where you want to be in your Mary Kay career. That it will bless you and your family with the freedom, outstanding products for your customers and the many, many opportunities the company offers. This is a fresh start. Everyone starts at the same place and you can write your own story for this year. What will you do with your Mary Kay business this year? JULY, is an important month to make a plan. Break it down into months, weeks and ONE DAY AT A TIME. That is all you can do, One day at a time. It takes making a plan, goal, dream whatever you want to call it. Nothing happens in our business until we decide to make it work and work it. One of the best and biggest goals could be building your customer base by people. You fill in the blank. Will it be 15 NEW people, 40, 50, 100? One plan (for July) could be to get your Consistency Club order in $200 wholesale each month makes you a CC consultant for the year only one grace month. Make money while you stay at home! Summer months are ideal for hosting a summer open house for your customers and their friends. Just remember to keep it simple. A great time to excite customers about attending your open house is when you make your summer PCP follow-up calls. Remind each one of the gift with purchase. Tell her you will have a collecting of new products at your open house that she will love. Offer a free gift to everyone who comes. (Like a sampler of fragrance to TimeWise). Keep track of who receives samples and follow up for full-sized product sales. Display products in and out of the boxes. Put out a Satin Hands demonstration set. Consider awarding a special Buddy Bonus to the first customer every hour who brings a friend. Take notes on what worked best so that next time you ll have even great success.
