Quickscre = w, l, scre Livescre tracks mre items such as penalties and scring. CBHA has nt dne livescre fr tier iv. It is nt part f Meaha rules but the directr had decided t use it. We are gd t g. Marketing/Spnsrs Reprt (Bethany Wilsn): Fundraising reprt (as f ) Calendar Final - $46,815 Prtland Pirates - $ UMaine Tix - $3125 Dunkin Dnut Mug Club - $6230 TOTAL $56,335 Prtland Pirates - ticket sales were slw but a tugh time f year. We have anther Pirates game n March 14th fr which we have already paid fr the tickets. We will nce again have pre ice at these games and have the bench buddies pprtunity. We als have a Margarita's night at Brwn Street! Hping t make this night a big success! UMAINE - Great sales fr this event. We sld 625 tickets and made $3125 fr the event. Calendar - Final numbers are in - after the expenses we tk in $46,815! Still wrking t distribute the prizes but shuld be wrapped up in the next week! Dunkin Dnut Mug Club: THANK YOU t Amanda and Kristen wh helped sell mugs at the turnaments ver Christmas. Sales are VERY slw. We currently have 48 cases left (which is 2400 mugs!) I have 2 parents (frm the girls U12 r 14 team?? wh have each sld clse t 2 cases each!) wh have been rck stars in selling them. I have sat fr 3 weekends at Mites with little sales (usually 4-5 each time). Need t get these mving! I have 1 team wh has had almst every player family (94% f the families n the team) which have bught at least 1)... Mug sales are critical... Lking fr ideas?? Ask each TA t take 1 case?????? I am at a pint in which I cant keep making deliveries each day... Getting very tugh! Thughts - ideas and suggestins are requested! I have 1 pallet left in my garage and n space left... Treasurer s Reprt(Sarah Kramlich): Open Receivables list has been circulated t affected directrs and families have been ntified. N skating until payment r arrangements have been made with me fr payment. Spnsrs have been inviced. Wrking with Chris and NGIN t set up Mite EP registratin fr Sctt. Schlarships ttaled $ fr 19 families!2

Casc Bay Hckey Assciatin Bard f Directrs Meeting Minutes Registrar's Reprt (Stephanie Haskins): The early glitches with the USA Hckey prtal have been smewhat reslved. All rster links fr Bantams, Peewees and Squirts have been ed t divisin directrs and Rachel fr distributin. I am waiting t hear back frm all divisin directrs/caches/ta's t assure that there are n errrs. I have already heard that ne cach was rstered under the incrrect name and as it turns ut he never registered n the CB site. Luckily his credentials are up-t-date. Initiatin, BTI and Mites will be ed sn. Our numbers are: BTI 71 Initiatin 54 Mites 89 Squirts 86 Peewee 68 Bantam 45 Midgets 67 Fr a ttal f -480 skaters in huse (nt including girls huse, which Jhn L has rstered.) Travel Registrar s Reprt(Jhn Lewandwski): Nthing t reprt Master Ice schedulers reprt (Chris Kennedy): Overall ice scheduling activities prgressing well with minimal issues and lwer than average fallw hurs f ice and/r duble-bked hurs. Secured additinal ice needed fr Hliday Huse Turnaments. Given player registratin #s fr the 2nd sessin, Matt cnfirmed that Initiatin will nt need the 2nd back-t-back slt n Friday evenings and Sunday mrnings s thse slts will be used fr ther CBHA needs t include Mites EP (Sunday AM) Minimal giveback ice in January and February given full slate f events and pending start f Mites EP. Cntinuing t utilize UNE and NSB n exceptin basis as needed t fulfill demand. Finalizing March ice requirements t include CBHA Tier 4 turnaments and Travel Evals. In many ways, the bkend mnths f the CBHA seasn (Sept and March) are the mst difficult t schedule due t fluctuating ice needs as prgrams/ divisins/teams start and end their seasns in a staggered manner. Huse schedulers reprt (Sally-Ann Mrris): Wrking n filling in games fr sme Bantam teams. Als finalizing end f seasn and rund rbin play ins. PWs and BTs will end seasn at end f February, thugh sme PW teams may take sme early March practice ice t get ready fr sme turnaments they are participating in. Squirts and Mites will play until their turnaments in early March.!3

Lking at ding full games fr all divisins with the fllwing utline: Squirts Our divisin is a 10 team divisin, requiring 23 game slts. That wuld be 7-8 game slts fr us (games split amng 3 rganizatins in the divisin). States are Feb T allw enugh time fr planning we shuld run the rund rbin Feb 6-8. We can use ur regular Squirt ice that weekend, 3 hurs Sat and 3 hurs n Sunday. If we need 2 mre hurs we can see if we can get it at UNE. That may give us the flexibility we need t accunt fr 1.5 hurs fr play ff games. Peewees Our divisin is an 8 team divisin. That will require 15 game slts, 5 fr us. States are Feb 27-March 1. Tw weeks ahead t allw planning time wuld be Feb I have 5 hurs f PW ice I can use that weekend. I d nt think I can accmmdate any 1.5 hur slts s we may need t d the finals away. Bantams Our divisin has 6 teams. That will require 12 game slts, 4 fr us. States are March 6-8. Tw weeks in advance is Feb I have 4 hurs f BT ice I can use that weekend. N 1.5 hur slts, s again, thse may have t be away. Travel Scheduler s Reprt (Glenn Jnssn): Wrking thrugh a number f reschedules due t late turnament entries, Valley League team pen dates in their schedule and weather related rescheduling. Rinks are asking fr ice givebacks thrugh March s finding ice at this time f year gets increasingly difficult fr the scheduling crew. Als wrking thrugh a number f nn-league game requests. Please spread the wrd that practices are mre imprtant than games :) Caching Reprt(Rich Tibbetts): It appears that we have dne quite well with ur 12/31 deadline fr mdules and certificatins. I dn¹t believe we have any rstered caches with issues. Thank yu t the DDs fr their diligence n this! I cntinue t address huse fair play issues as they arise. We have a repeat ffender at the peewee level, wh has been spken t. Wrking n Spring Caches Meeting and CBHA Caching manual. Mre t cme! Team administratr reprt(rachel Pargeter): Clck/Scre sheet vlunteers went well during hliday turnaments-ta's did a great jb! Phts have all been delivered/distributed-many thanks t DD's fr taking care f all the huse distributin. N phts were lst r nt delivered, unlike last year. Wrk is nging n Ngin User's Guide Wrk is nging t draft a lcker rm supervisin plicy Online scring training/help and label assistance fr TA's is nging, and supplies are being distributed again t thse that need them!4

Many f the TA's have been wrking really hard n the fundraising effrts as well as crdinating turnament vlunteers and keeping their teams well infrmed abut everything that is ging n. I welcme suggestins and ideas n what might be apprpriate and pssible within ur budget. Mtin t give each TA a dunkin dnuts mug. Secnded and passed unanimusly. Turnament reprt (Amanda Wdfrd): CB Hliday Turnament appears t have been a success. 4v4 play seemed t be well received by mst. A special thank yu t Bethany Wilsn, Jn and Stephanie Haskins and Kristin Reynlds as their assistance was very much appreciated and needed fr rink cverage fr the three divisins and three rinks. Als t Tm Cliffrd fr allwing his Peewee team t play "back t back" games fr the sake f minimizing a pssible scheduling issue. Having all divisins play in ne weekend presented sme "new" challenges cmpared t past turnaments, such as scheduling f games (in a rw) fr the apprpriate level f fficials, caches that have tw teams in tw divisins and Bantam players HS schedules, but nthing that was t critical t wrk arund. All divisins with the exceptin f Bantam were CB huse teams nly. Bantams needed ne team t create 4 team pl. CMYH jined us and ultimately wn in the champinship game after being in last place. Peewee and Squirt Wild were the champins f their divisins. Bantam "Cup" trphy needs t be purchased as culd nt be lcated anywhere. Squirt and Peewee were fund and presented at the champinship game. All three will need t be engraved with winning team names and date. Phts f each champinship team are available as well. Thughts f turning this int a yearly event and pening up t "utside" teams needs t be discussed. If this is t happen, additinal assistance frm bard members will be needed with cverage as three rinks wuld be needed fr the entire weekend and ne persn per rink is a minimum, but als a lt fr ne persn t cver frm early mrning until the last game. It was and we will hld the event December The hliday schedule next year may present a scheduling cnflict hwever and alter a 2015 "Hliday Turnamnent". Mites and Squirt Seasn ending turnaments are planned fr the March 6-8th weekend. Mites playing Saturday and Sunday in crss ice games as years past. Sme minr changes will be made t the frmat t imprve the games at the request if Sctt Russeau. All Mite teams will benefit frm the changes. Squirts will play Friday thrugh Sunday with semi final and champinship games held n Sunday. Pricing held at $550 fr Mites and $850 fr Squirts unless directed therwise. If it s n the Master it shuld be n the site nw. Reviewing site t clear up any duplicate events. These are ccurring less. I believe they happen when an event has been manually added/edited and the NGIN uplad desn t flush the manually entered events ut, resulting in the duplicates. Mites EP Registratin has been submitted t NGIN t create. Since this registratin requires a payment, it must be cmpleted by NGIN. Shuld be ready by the end f the week. Gd Stuff The UMaine Wman's Cach Rich Reichenbech, will be bring a few f his players t ur U12 practice this Wednesday which shuld be a lt f fun fr the girls. The U16T2 girls team came in 2nd in the Ct Plar Bears Christmas turney which is highly regarded Natinal girls turnament Learn t Play (Matt Gdrich): Learn t Play has been ging well. We are still at 1 Initiatin grup. Had a few kids mve up t squirts and als had a few BTI kids mve up t Initiatin. Secnd sessin f BTI just started. Abut 40 kids registered with a quarter being brand new skaters. Shane Strut will be caching the secnd sessin in place f Chuck Graceffa Mites Reprt (Sctt Russeau): Ep ice is scheduled Sctt will be gne fr all f March. Eric turgen will run ep. Bth new players participated in the Hliday Turnament December The 4 v 4 frmat wrked well fr sme teams and nt as well fr thers-many high scring games. I enjyed all but 3 f the games, which were at the ppsite rink frm the rest. The champinship game came dwn t the strngest 2 teams in ur huse divisin and they bth played exceedingly well, with the Wild winning by 1 pint ver the Predatrs. Kristin Andrews visited 2 skill sessins in December and the feedback frm the caches was very psitive. She is ging t d mre wrk this week at an early skill sessin fr 4 f the teams and I'm ging t try t bring her back again very sn. I have Dave Wilsn scheduled t run a galie clinic n January 17th fr the Squirts as well. He is ging t start wrking with the galies at skill sessins beginning January 13th. Sally and I are ging t wrk tgether t develp the brackets fr the Squirts play-in turnament and will be making adjustments t the schedule t accmmdate teams ging away fr turnaments in the next tw mnths. EP is n my radar and I will be reaching ut t caches t determine interest this week. The nly interest s far has cme frm a few parents Peewee/bantam reprt (Matt Cliffrd): Hliday turnament went well frm the feedback I received frm caches. 4 n 4 frmat riginally had sme skeptics but the end result was players & caches liked it. Play-in rund rbins t qualify fr state turnaments in the planning prcess and shuld be finalized sn. Need t try & clse ut utstanding balances due with players wh have nt paid yet. Wrking n trying t schedule a few mre games fr a few teams with light game schedule in January with Sally. Peewee, bantam & U-14 girls galie clinic scheduled fr Jan.18th. Kristin Andrews has been a great additin fr pwer skating skills. Caches and players have had psitive feedback. Midget Huse/Travel Reprt (Andrew May): Nthing New Small receivable utstanding.
