We had abut parents there and with nearly 600 athletes we can d better. WDAB members shuld be setting the tne, the pace and the culture fr the rest f the athletic families. Westlake Flags n Hilliard Blvd: We will get estimates fr flags and bring estimates and csts t the Nvember meeting fr a vte. Hall f Pride Thank yu t Jessica Hennessey wh has been helping us in the strage rm t srt ut and catalg trphies and plaques. As we wrk ur way thrugh the strage rm and bxes f trphies and plaques frm flr t ceiling, we are determining what will g in the shwcases and what wn t. We will be cntacting caches and alumni in the cming mnths t ffer them trphies, plaques and ther hardware that will nt be ging int the trphy cases. We will be displaying trphies at the Alumni Assns. event tmrrw night as well as a visual display f the Hall f Pride prject. We are wrking with Mr. Wilsn and Dave Kcevar n the details and timeline fr the installatin f everything, which will take place the week f January 28th. Schl Pride will d the installatin. Wrking n winter sign-up genius and will have psted in mid Octber. Since the Westlake Giant Eagle is clsing during ur entire winter seasn they are giving us a gift card wrth $750 (my estimate f what we will use) t purchase ht dgs and buns at anther giant eagle. Lri Jlliffe has generusly ffered t make chili at weekend hme basketball games, s we will be able t ffer bwls f chili, chili dgs and walking tacs in cncessins. Need t discuss and figure ut prices fr these new items and then will get t Gina t make a sign fr winter cncessins. There will be abut 18 cases (200 bttles) f water left after fall cncessins. This may last first week r tw f winter cncessins, but shuld prbably plan n new shipment f water by 1st f December. (First winter cncessin game is Nv. 28th) Membership: Laurel Clarke (additinal by Gina) We are ver half way t ur gal f 300 memberships, appraching 200. We currently have 191 memberships fr a ttal f 325 members. This is still slightly lwer than last year's 351 members.
